    March 2022: I needed to ship a large castle that I have had for 40 years. I called the store to…read morearrange for help in packaging. I was told that someone would personally help me package it. When I got to the store, there was only one person. She said she knew how to package it. I asked her to double box it with extra packing around the castle and inner box. I also said that I needed directional stickers (TOP) to keep it sitting on it's base. Extra stickers for FRAGILE/ART were also requested. She agreed, saying that they were professionals. I paid for extra insurance of $500. When I received the box, it was in a single thin box, no extra packing or outer box as requested. There were no stickers of any kind. The castle was shattered. I called to collect my insurance, and was told to "call corporate" as it was not their responsibility (??!!). We called corporate. It's been 7 months. Do NOT use this store. Stay with your package if you do. I had a plane to catch.

They…read morehave told me they are elevating what occurred at the store, as it is beneath their standards. I was in there Saturday January 28, and spent $42 to express mail an envelope after being told that it would get there on January 31. I was very clear with the clerk and told her it had to be there January 31 and which ever way she felt it needed to go was fine as long as it got there on January 31st. I then called the store 3 times on January 31 because the system showed it would not be delivered till February 2. This was the opposite of what I had been informed when I went in the store to mail my envelope. After 3 calls I never was able to speak to anybody, but left three separate voicemails. Surprised nobody has ever called me back. Very poor customer service
