For the last 10 months, Ive had repetitive probs with the lobby mail slots after hours: They are…read morealways jammed leaving the taxpayers to load up packages back into car and driving to another branch. Reporting the prob to them every week has done nothing to get this fixed. They tell me it's the customers who jam them up every time. Yet this does not happen at any other branch within 10 miles. Ive had repetitive probs with "Clerk 09" & now the new manager at this branch which compels me to update my review ... the one star belongs entirely to the counter clerk I had yesterday - luv her, she knew what she's doing, answered all my questions with helpful detailed explanations and should be promoted. But any time I get Clerk 09 it is a frustrating ordeal, and today just wasted 20 minutes of my life arguing (again) about the corporate account terms that my national e-commerce company negotiated with them almost a year ago so they would take my package :( This also does not happen at any other branch within 10 miles. Then, I tried to fill out the USPS customer experience survey at the bottom of my receipt, and I cant even get the stupid survey link to work! It keeps giving me this "Server Error in '/' Application" message! So I emailed postalexperience@maritzcx.com for technical problems related to completing surveys. Why do I bother? Because I am at their mercy in order to get paid for my work, and I strive to work smarter not harder. (If my customer service ever made things this difficult for my clients to do business with - Id be out of business a long time ago.) It's no wonder Amazon started their own delivery service. Serenity now!

The full service retail section of the facility was already closed up, locked and dark. Good thing there was another self kiosk avail in the lobby, right? Wrong! That machine was "unable" to perform 4 out of the 5 services it offers. Pressed for time to get my legal documents postmarked, I decided to purchase a $4.90 package of stamps to slap on before going with plan B - regular 1st class mail. I pay for my stamps, a receipt spits out, but no f-ing stamps! Are you kidding me?! I spend another 5 mins trying to find help, all the while counting several signs warning me that I am on surveillance. Worst postal experience ever! Not looking forward to doing this all over again in the morning. The one & only star goes to employee #21 who was the only one on duty to straighten this all out for me the next afternoon.

I said how I couldn't take 2 hours off work but I work 20 mins away, so if the drivers could call I could head that way. She replies that "the guys should be calling momentarily, we do not provide a window." So I compromise and ask for a 10 min window. She again texts "Your arrival is 9:30 - 11:30 in the text above. Let me know if you do not have someone ready to receive". So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats. Just tracked dirt all through the house as apparently it's the customers responsibility to lay down plastic. Unbelievable.... Hope you never have to ever work with them. You've been warned.
