The worst post office that I have been to. I'd rather drive to another city to drop off my mail and packages. Every time I get in line and I have to be helped by the man there, I think his name is Tomas, I cringe. He is always passive aggressively sarcastic to ALL customers. I hate that he tries to speak the language of he customer that he thinks is Hispanic. THere was one time when he began to speak to me in Spanish and when he got no response from me, he made a comment " why don't you speak spanish? " then, I replied, " I'm not Hispanic, I'm Asian. I thought that was pretty racial and unprofessional. THis post office needs to rotate some new people into their customer service desk. It seems like all comments are based off of the only man and women who work there. read more

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. Walked in 4 minutes before closing to some Asian worker closing & he stated "on my clock it's 5:02" when clearly it wasn't. All I wanted to do is pick up a package. Worst customer service! read more

Tomas and the Filipino individual have the worst customer service skills. Both individuals have a very aggressive attitude which sucks!! I am not sorry for your career choice! Screw this place. The mailbox on our street was broken into (only the outgoing box) but they can put mail in our mailboxes til its fix? That's cool off you wanna drive to the party office the next decade to puck up your mail because they have one guy to replace mailboxes in Fontana and apparently he's backed up. At least the post office isn't far from me...of But that's right I start work before they open and I'm not off until after they close...good thing I'm off Saturday I can pick it up then. Oh that's right they're closed Saturday. So they can't fix the things they need to inn order to deliver the mail and they also can't make accommodations for people to pick up they're mail...plus customer service had always kind of sucked but I haven't gone in there in awhile so I don't know how it is now. I out a hold mail request in for me for about two weeks . I have people who live in the same home as me and they also got there mail stopped . I call the post office and they said no we would only stop your mail that's in your name .So i go to the post office and was told it's for your address . Been here a few time, 3 out of 5 time they mess with your mail. Can't find it or forgot to hold it for you. They lost your hold request and the manager is unwilling to help you out. The women who work here are VERY rude. I was mailing a very small item and they refused to let me use a piece of tape. They told me I have to purchase an entire roll just to use one small piece!! I have always been a supporter of the US Post Office, I had always believed that it is a must for any developed country. That said, I have been reading and following the arguments that state that it is best to privatise it or sublet them in other businesses, (ie Staples, Office Depot etc.). I do not actually need to go into a post office that much but since opening up a business in Fontana I had had to go into this location four times. I cannot tell you how apathetic the management is there for any problem that arises with them. I mailed a time sensitive document from my mail box at the center my business is located, which needed to be in Beverly Hills in 8 days. I figured, why pay more and I just mailed it thinking that 8 days from Fontana to Beverly Hills should be no problem (I was used to sending a letter across the country in under 5 days). It showed up 10 days later and with no Post Mark from the Post Office. The following month I sent my rent check on the First of November to Beverly Hills and it took 18 DAYS to get there even though it was Post Marked the 2nd!! I asked for a Supervisor to explain the delay and her response was; we do not guarantee the mail to get there under 23 DAYS! She was arrogant, dismissive and acted bothered that I was even complaining to begin with. So, I guess the analysts were right, there is no way to make the post office efficient or to get it to make money. It really needs to go, the concept and business model can work but it is an absolute WASTE of everybody's tax money to allow government union employees to run it. There have no concept of customer service or accountability. I have decided to pay my rent ACH, so there is another piece of mail that they have chased away from the post office, great job, the post office is getting what it deserves, future extinction. read more

This location is so much better than the one on Sierra. The workers at this location seem happy and are enjoying their jobs helping out customers. I rather travel to this location for 5 more minutes than the other post office. read more

i received notification via email that my package was in my po box, and of course, i went to the po box, and once again my package was missing, this has happened numerous times, when they "find" my packages, there are holes in the boxes, like someone was trying to see what it was, jerks, now i have to provide a tracking number so they can find this package. I previous filed complaint all the way to post master general, and I was told by the supervisor there were new employees who were making errors and they would be spoken too, well apparently it was short lived. Lost mail, packages and my now also dmv tags are still missing. after the first investigation was done, i was getting mail in my po box from july, in august and September, which proved my point. last week i talked to Tomas who just blew it off and started complaining that the dmv should put tracking numbers on what they send out - i reminded tomas that I am not ignorant, and he must have forgotten that I took this all the way to the post master general and will do it again, he just said, well we don't have it and i am not checking the other persons po box that you claim we got it mixed up with , i told him it was proven by your supervisor so since you are refusing to do your job, thank you Tomas, I will notify the post master again that YOU are not wanting to check that my mail is being mishandled! with the holidays coming up, heck to the no, i will be getting another po box with an outside company, 6 months in and nothing but headaches.. cancel that auto renew also... run away, dont walk, run read more
