Postal clerk was very polite and courteous. Very clean area. Not bust at all, went at 2pm, I was the only one in line.

Went to the postoffice in Fort Mohave yesterday, June11th, @ 10:45 AM. Picked out envelope to mail important papers. Stood in line and agent gave me address label to fill out for the envelope. Stood back and wrote it out. Employee 09 left her register and came around to the door entering were this room we were in was being closed for lunch @ 11:00 AM. She yelled at me and told me to leave and come back @ 12:00 to finish my transaction. I told her that I was here at 10:45, let others go ahead of me so I could finish with the label. The gentleman employee next to her was going to take my envelope, but she stood at that door and told him NO, as It was time for lunch, and yelled at me to get out, and do it now. I said I won't leave , until this transaction was complete. She took off back to her register and helled at me to get over to her, with a very nasty mouth. She finished my transition, and was so rude, unbelievable. Where do you find these nasty people, and hire them. This women has a attitude that belongs in the trash can. She would not be a employee of mine. All of this was so unnecessary. If she would have just stood quietly at the door and waited for the gentleman to finish my already started transaction, perhaps all of of this employee's nasty mouth, could have been eliminated. This Post office is useless! They have ridiculous hours. They are too busy because they aren't open enough. They don't help you with your packages like postal connections does. The only reason I went here was to try and hit two birds with one stone since I needed to renew my PO Box which they just keep increasing the rate on those it was under 100$ in 2020 now it's up to almost $200. So long story short this post office sucks. read more

I've been coming to this location for many years, best employees ever, excellent service, always helpful. I use the qr code for shipping which is very helpful. The internet service provider is not the best, as it has been down several times which can be annoying. Closing the doors for an hour for luch is another downfall for customers. Great, convient location for shipping small packages. I use UPS ground for larger packages and conviencs as they are opened until 5:30. Thank you to all the employees. Debbie is one of the hardest, knowledgeable ladies I've ever met. Always a pleasure to work with her. Thank you! read more

The clerks at the Ft Mohave PO are the rudest I have ever experienced. Not much anyone can do about it which is pretty frustrating!!! I can't believe they still close at 4pm one week before Christmas. They had just closed and I had my pre paid pkg ready to go and she would not let me in or take the box BITCH!! Apparently the entire staff here doesn't know what regional rate boxes are. I dropped a few off after hours for stuff I sell online, and they all got returned to sender. I'll stick to the Bullhead City locations where they know what they are doing. I only went here this time cuz I was dropping FedEx boxes at Postal Connections in the same plaza. I am out of town, but thank god my return address was at the Needles, CA Post Office. All I needed to do was call them in Needles. They double-checked my shipping labels, and sent my boxes on their way with no issues. read more

Did what other post office would not thanks to Debbie. I wanted to send a registered letter to Denmark. At first I went to The Post Office in Laughlin Nevada. I was denied the right to send a registered lettered. In fact, I was to by the postal employee that that could not be done, service not available; computer would not let her do it ! I'm not sure why I deserve to be treated so poorly by the staff here. Actually, just one woman in particular. I dread going there to mail my packages. Often, I drive to the Bullhead City location where I' m treated like gold and leave with a smile on my face. I was there today, asked to use the priority tape dispenser (sitting unused on the counter) to seal a priority box, a standard request. The clerk handed me a brand new roll of tape and a pair of scissors. When I had problems finding the edge of the tape I went back to the clerk and asked her if I could I please use the tape dispenser and Clerk number 11 in a very condescending way said to me "No you are supposed to use this tape that's why we give it to you" so I left the tape and the scissors on the counter in front of Clerk number 11 and went to the wall and purchase a roll of tape. What really got me was the rudeness and the attitude of this Clerk and the other clerk who stood by and just supported that behavior with her silence. I have never been to a USPS office where the tape was so guarded as if someone was going to walk out with the tape dispenser. Unfortunately I have to deal with these people because I live in this town but I'm just letting you know be ready for them to be rude to you or treat you with a passive aggressive attitude. read more
