I come to this post office regularly to pick up mail from a post office box. The hours are really inconvenient: they close for lunch and are not open on weekends and close for the day at 4pm, I think. It's a small neighborhood post office with only a couple employees but they are each helpful and provide good customer service. Because there's only one window open at a time, the line can be long. I am surprised at the negative reviews. I needed to open a PO Box and these people could not have been more helpful. At first the key didn't work so they came out and checked it and I just had not insert it correctly. Every time I have gone in they have been friendly and helpful. read more

it is hard to find a post office with good service. I don't think it's the Tower locations fault that they have only one clerk open at a time, but this is an annoying rule that the post office must have. Anywho, there is one clerk who is usually really rude and has raised his voice at me for making simple mistakes. They close really early and lock the door with customers inside if they happen to be in the office after closing time. I've had to wait several minutes when in a hurry because I was locked in and had to wait for them to open the door. Stop by the Fig Garden post office if you want good service. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very rude one guy that's always working there. Makes you feel stupid when you are asking a simple question. This guy's attitude makes me never want to go to this establishment again. He needs to get it together. read more

I'm surprised about the bad reviews this post office has received. I think they have the best clerks in town! They are super friendly and make you feel like you're really at a neighborhood post office, probably like it was in the "good ol' days." There are long lines sometimes and they have shortened their hours with the downturn in economy, but if you know the hours, it's not so bad! read more

This dump of a post office is not even worth a star. ABSOLUTELY the worst post office in Fresno, the extra 5-10 minute drive to the nearby post offices is so much more worth it than to have to deal with the inconsiderate employees at this establishment. Let me just say this. This postal office withholds my mail and misplaced my mail so much over the past 2 years that I have made over 4 formal complaints against. Let's see what they think when I report them to interpol and other international agencies. read more

Fair is fair: I had a couple negative experiences at this post office a couple years back, but especially lately, they've really turned things around. While I'm still not a huge fan of how early they close, they're MUCH more friendly to work with, and I appreciate how much they've improved. read more

Ive had several packages "delivered" to my house that went missing. Even though I was sitting in my living room the entire time and even at the time posted on their "delivery" time. I will never, NEVER ship a package USPS ever again. As I write this Ive been sitting since 6AM for my package to be delivered. Its now almost 4 PM, the number to the office is disconnected and the 800 number is useless. Done. So COMPLETELY DONE. read more

Granted, this post office doesn't have the most convenient hours, but one must consider the fact that, the customer area is no bigger than a standard apartment bathroom. With that said, the clerks ate very nice. Clemente is such a nice, smiling guy, he makes me feel that this is just a small town where you know everyone and is genuinely friendly. The older gentleman is very kind as well. There are p.o. Boxes in here that you can rent. I love this post office because of it's workers, and it's size. I'm upset. I run a big online shop so I have 10-50 packages each time I go in & the one clerk that's working there lets it be known that she doesn't like that with her attitude. This time I got in at 3:31 (they close at 4) the line was long like always, I had 2 custom forms I needed to fill out before I could go up so I let some people go ahead. This visit I had 13 packages and I was next in line but because the line had taken so long by time I got up there it was already 4 and she locked the doors. I had 4 people behind me and when I started putting my packages up she told me she wasn't going to take them because it was already 4.... I was shocked and upset so I asked her even though I've been in here since 3:30 and have been waiting in line you won't take me? She said no and that she would only do one. I was pissed I have customers waiting on their orders and wanted them to be out that day but because she couldn't do her job they were late. To make things worse I had to wait till she finished with other people till she unlocked the door to let me out when she opened the door she suggested me going to another post office that was open till 5. WHY DO I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN I HAD SPENT HALF AN HOUR TO GET DECLINED?!? I WAS IN THERE BEFORE YOU CLOSED AND YOU TURN ME AWAY? SO PISSED read more

I have been going to this office for about 10 years now both connected with work and also personal business. Service has dwindled but that's not the folks working there's fault. The USPS is loosing money and like everyone else they have to cut back too. One of the biggest problems I see are the people in line not being ready when they come to the Post Office. They come with open boxes expecting the clerks to help them wrap them up for mailing. They have things in the wrong kind of mailing containers. The clerks have changed over the years but one man is still there who was there 10 years ago. The clerks are super helpful even if the wait sometimes is long. I personally have grown to really like my little old post office. Try going to the one on Minerets if you want to be treated rudely. read more
