Do NOT ask for your mail to be held while away on vacation. I asked for my mail to be held for 10 days and when I got home, I waited for my mail to be delivered. Nothing was delivered. I have never gone 10 days without mail, and the mail person said he delivered everything, but I was home the day it was supposed to be delivered, and it never was. read more

We had a po box at this location for 3 years with no issue. Two months ago a new employee named Todd began locking our po box and demanding that we repeatedly verify our identities. He wrongfully & arbitrarily accused us of committing fraud and was backed by the manager Christina. He attempted to interrogate me about my residential history despite my spouse and I providing insurance, utility & property documents with my government ID. Todd slandered us in front of a lobby full of people and closed our po box. Apparently if you are heavily tattooed and receive mail from political or religious organizations that he disagrees with he feels he has the right to assume the duties of a police detective and treat customers this way. read more

A woman picked up the phone and when I asked if I could check if I have any mail on hold she asked me "why" and I don't think that's any of her business. Frankly that's an idiotic question. i'm not usually one to leave reviews and mediocre ones at that but i just wanted to be completely transparent. the customer service here is just not good at all. i called yesterday 12/3 to update a wrong address for an order of mine and was greeted by a woman who sounded like she hated her job / wanted nothing more than to get me off the phone. during this whole interaction i'm polite, trying to either get it re-delivered or held onto so i can pick it up & prevent a return/refund at all costs (it was a black friday purchase i didn't want to have to rebuy everything at normal price) which i made very clear. *i mentioned wanting to prevent a return by any means at least 3 times* she then tells me everything is handled and that i would get my package today 12/4. well this morning 12/4 i go onto the ups website to track my package and it says returned to sender.. i of course end up calling and was greeted by another woman who was more helpful than the woman i spoke with yesterday but in the end said there was nothing she could do about it and that she was "very sorry about her coworker, that what she did was very unacceptable". now im stuck calling the shipper trying to figure out how to prevent my package from being returned, or hopefully being able to purchase again at a discounted price.. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would this place is so horrible the customer service is insanely bad everybody's rude everybody there hates their job I don't even know why they're working there if they don't like their job makes no type of sense to me. I usually never have issues at this PO, and usually have decent experiences with a particular clerk named Gloria. But today she was extremely rude and definitely made me feel unwelcome and like I was inconveniencing them. I walked in at 4:30, needing to buy a big box and get a customs form, I knew what I needed because I send international packages on a very regular basis. There was no line. She was sitting on a stool rubbing her face like she was tired/having a bad day. Another clerk was ringing me up for the box and she started droning on about how they close at 5 and it takes at least 20 minutes (not true) to input customs forms and i need to be ready at least 20 min before close and i need to fill out every square of the customs form and i stopped listening at one point because her tone was very condescending and very obviously annoyed i was there. I know exactly how the process goes and how long it takes. Maybe for her it takes that long because she's old. She wasn't even the one ringing me up so i didn't need her help or input at all. The clerk helping me was not new either. She kept talking and i said aloud "don't worry I'm not trying to inconvenience anyone" And i just walked out that was really ugly behavior from her and i will go to tower PO from now on. read more

So, I really feel no attempt was made to deliver my package to my home. The delivery slip was just left in my mailbox (I live in a condo unit so our boxes are not right by our doors...but it's a small complex). I tried following steps for redelivery but the number on the slip came up invalid. I went onto my Informed mail email and saw that delivery was attempted when I was home (per the time stamp) but even through the I formed mail link it would not allow me to arrange redeljvery. On the back of the slip it says I can go to my post office between 8:30 and 5:30pm. I arrive at 8:30 and to my "surprise" (really I am not all that shocked) the post office does not open until 9... the adjusted hours on the door also say they close earlier at 5pm. read more

Mail carrier threw my mail over my gate it landed on my recycling bin. He knows how to open my gate. He knows my mail box is installed on front entrance gate. He also delivers neighbors mail to me & my maik to neighbors. He's even delivered different ppl packages to my home. Neighbor packages on the next block. No one deserves to be disrespected like this. It's unacceptable he needs to be fired. No one stealing ppl mail he's delivering it to wrong address & throwing our mail in yard m. Instead of opening our gate placing mail in mailbox.He wouldn't like it if someone did that to him. He's an African American mail carrier. Theirs another mail carrier Mexican. Didn't enter my yard tried to place mail into gate. Decided to put mail back inside his bag. I had to get in car ask for my mail. Give him neighbor mail he delivered to me. These mail carriers off Fresno Street between Olive & Lewis on Tyler street. Mail carrier being disrespectful. I have surveillance cameras that records everything. I never approach carrier about how they're mishandling mail. I always call make complaint directly to Olive post Office. I'm always told they'll handle it. Seems problems getting worse read more

I have alot of package deliveries to my office in downtown Fresno and I have them delivered to my office, due to the high percentage of mail theft in Fresno. In the past, I've had 4 packages that had the correct address, but yet never delivered and were sent back to sender. This month, I've had yet another Ebay package that never was delivered, and yet the address on the label was correct. The tracking shows it arriving in Fresno, then labeled Mis Sent TWICE and now on the way back to sender. Clinter station is one of the most incompetent post offices in Fresno. read more

Amanda is the rudest person I have ever met. She has denied me service 4 times during open hours because she did not want to mail out 10 envelopes. She has yelled at me, rolled her eyes many times and is the worst person. I've been help by other people like Nick and this other lady, I haven't caught her name, that have been super nice and helpful and never has given me a problem. I go there frequently and Amanda is the biggest problem in the store. She will take breaks and go missing and her coworkers can never find her because she's hiding in the back and not wanting to do her job. I have heard her coworkers complain about her many times as well about her being missing for 30 minutes to an hour. AMANDA IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE EVER!!!!!!!! read more

I am appalled at several employees at the following station: 2601 E Olive Ave, Fresno, CA 93701. I received an email from the company I purchased an item from that it was rejected. I ordered this item from overseas. How could it make it though so many check points only to be rejected at the last stop. No contact from USPS. I had to call that station multiple times. Michelle said "we will get back to you" I had to call several times three different days. No resolve. I asked for her supervisor, she passed me to Christine. She said she couldnt find the package, had to search for it. I again had to call them back several times. Finally she said the package was scanned and sent back, couldnt read the label. I asked for her supervisor. She put Matt on the phone. I asked Matt if he was her supervisor, he said "yes". I explained the situation AGAIN. He said we couldn't read the package so we sent it back. I asked him to email me the scanned package he said thats illegal and he couldn't do that. (BS!!! I get USPS scans daily from my personal mail) He said I could go in. So I was at the station at 4:35-4:40pm. Given a huge run around. Go to this line, go to that line, go back to this line. No one wanted to deal with this situation. Another client was ahead of me, she got the same run around. I asked for Christine and was told she "just left" Me and the other lady complaining waited until after 5 pm to actually speak with Matt. We were locked in the facility. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT. Multiple employees just rambling about, not helping at all. Matt was rude to the first lady and to me as well. I asked him if he was Christine's supervisor, he said "no". I said "funny, you told me you were on the phone" I do not appreciate a liar, especially handing my mail. WOW! He finally pulled up my tracking number and let me see it on the screen. I went to take a picture of it and he got really mad, said that is illegal. I asked for a copy, he wouldnt give it to me. I asked questions and he walks away answering. Extremely rude. The phone was ringing (again, multiple employees standing around) NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Michelle, Christine and Matt (with his arm in a sling) are completely unprofessional. If Christine is the supervisor she is NOT a good one. I called out "Christine" and a woman turned around. Another employee confirmed it was her. IF she is the african american woman that was just walking around and not supervising, she needs a LOT more training or be demoted. Also, I was lied to, again, that Christine had left. I want my package! My original mail carrier was off on Friday and Saturday when the package was "scanned" or he would have known who the package belonged to. I went in on 11/13/2021 at about 12:30 in the afternoon . The old lady in front has no business working in a POST OFFICE. While I was in line she was talking to everybody as if they don't have money to send of their own orders . The help she offered was terrible, she was repeating the same thing over saying how she can't help just so she won't have to . Unfortunately my bf had to live near this USPS post office. Never ever had a problem with delivery until today. Order a really nice item and my dumbass didn't get it insured cause I didn't think the it would get stolen. Got an email saying my package should ship only to find out they were scared to deliver due to a pregnant dog roaming the streets. Totally understandable cause you never know what the dog could do to you. But what got suspicious was 3 days has already passed and still no package! So I emailed customer service and they tell me the mailman is too scared to deliver my package so it to pick it up at this post office. Fine. Go to the post office and it's not there!!! The clerk, Daniel could not find it at all!! So he tells me he will give me a call which he never did. 2 days later it said it's delivered and my grandma immediately grabbed the package and brought it inside. Finally! But come to find out my item is missing! Ridiculous! This doesn't make sense at all. USPS customer service says they won't be able to deliver to me and when I go pick it up, the clerk "can't" find the package when it was there the whole time. 2 days later they Found it and had built the courage to deliver my package! If I could give this post office 0 stars, I would. I went in today to buy tape and ship off a return from amazon. I've never returned to amazon before so I put both of the returns in the same box with both of the return labels on it. The man who helped me was super rude, made me feel like I was about 5. Instead of treating me like an adult and informing me that I'd need another box, he packaged it as I wanted and told me he "wasn't going to fight" with me on it but it's a "big no no." Instead of offering to sell me another box and help with that. Then, to top it off, a manager walked out and then proceeded to talk to my service dog without so much as addressing me. I asked him to please not talk to my service dog and he continued to talk to her until the rude man behind the counter told him to knock it off because he "didn't want a fight." Not once was I rude or anything more than matter of fact. I can't believe how awful this location was. If you have a choice, go to a different post office. read more

I sent my daughter a card with a picture of her godson in it on October 22, 2016 and to this day she still hasn't received it. Either it was opened out of curiosity by the postal workers (because cards sometimes have more in them $) or it was put in the wrong box at her apartment complex (which I doubt because the tenants give each other mail that was incorrectly delivered). Either way, I consider it being the fault of the post office. This is the second time this happened but at least she got the other one 3 weeks after mailing it and it looked as if it had been tampered with. I see that I won't be able to send her regular mail because it will be mishandled or not received. It has been 6 weeks and I honestly don't believe she will get it.
