The parking lot here is small and tight. Service: the counter people are very nice and helpful. Chris was a sub this day but he was very nice and engaging. They're well stocked and offer mailboxes to purchase. Overall I drive past a post office to get to this one. read more

They opened a half hour late. I knocked on the window, then we hear the workers in the back laughing and complaining about it. Then Dee finally comes out and doesn't even apologize to the 7 people standing there waiting. Then she says they don't have any stamps! There were at least 2 people waiting a half hour just for stamps. Duh? read more

Tamika the station manager/supervisor is a very nasty and condescending woman. I had a package returned because " I didn't have postage" and I had receipt showing that I paid for it. i had to resend my package and pay again. They weren't willing to help me with it. Filed a complaint and still awaiting to see what happens. read more

More like -5 awful awful this time of year. We have been in contact with this post office for days regarding a missing package. Upper management was supposedly involved for days. I called to get an update and spoke with a supervisor who has no idea what I'm talking about. Hung up on me and now chooses to not answer the phone. I will be going to the next level with this issue. More than dissatisfied. read more

I really enjoy my frequent post office stops because of the the friendly employees with good customer service skills; community feel and neatness of the building. Whenever I stop to get the mail its a pleasant experience with kind patrons. If I need to purchase or mail something specific, it's always done easy and seamlessly. The outside was updated which is also nice. The parking lot is tight but it works. read more

Bought a money from them. Wrote the wrong name on it and I wanted another one or a refund. I had the receipt the money order itself and the stub and the card I used to purchase it. I was willing to pay any fee associated with replacing it or getting my money back. I showed them my valid Va drivers license and they told me that my address on my license didn't match the m.o??? U ain't ask for that when u took my money for it!!! All the other proof ain't mean nothing apparently and they should know a VAILD GOVERNMENT ISSUDED ID IS VALID ALL OVER THE DAMED UNITED STATES NO JUST THE STATE IT WAS ISSUED FROM!!!! They wouldn't take it back because of my ID!!! IDIOTS THE MAN AND THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE!! read more

The advertised hours are not always adhered to. Many reviews on other sites report racism but I have never seen it, just workers who are hostile to everyone regardless of race, color, creed, or national origin. But somehow, all of my packages get safely delivered, usually faster and cheaper than all other common carriers. Super nice building in a super nice neighborhood. Lots of great businesses within walking distance. Traffic can be reckless and downright dangerous, so drive cautiously.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Due to circumstances I only had 20 minutes before closing to ship a few large packages. I left them un taped because I wanted to ask advice from the teller as I've never had to ship so many packages. Considering the time as well, I asked questions so things could move more efficiently. Clerk: 6- D. Dizzard(not sure if this is the correct name, but a black woman) did nothing to help the situation but let the time past as I figured things out on my own. She was very short with me and I apologized for coming 20mins before close and asked if she could give me some advice on how to get these things out but instead she wasn't helpful at all and gave attitude. She mentioned that she would get in trouble with her boss if the packages weren't on the truck by 5, (5:05pm at this point). any manager who is upset with a teller for being late for helping a customer is not great service at all. We finished by 5:13pm but I am completely concerned about how my packages will arrive.
