After parking and heading inside, I stood in line behind about 4-5 other customers. There were two employees working and the line moved relatively quickly. I got my stamps, mailed my letter, and headed out with no issues. Would definitely return again, but next time I would try to find another entrance to the parking lot, since I don't think I had the right one.
