If you dislike your job that much, maybe customer service isn't the right fit. There's no reason to take your frustration out on customers who are simply trying to get help. What's frustrating is that when I go to other post office locations, the employees are friendly and professional. I don't know if it's just this location, but the customer service here is consistently disappointing. A little kindness and respect would go a long way.

I drop off packages and they tend to never make it out of the post office and are in "Pre-transit" for a month until I receive a note from a customer that they have never received their package which unfortunately looks bad on me. Getting ahold of someone is near impossible as you are put in a waiting room over the phone for at least 30-45 minutes. I do not recommend this location at all.

I spoke to a blonde, older, female manager who was trying to look it up in the system after I've been waiting for 20 minutes and there was 20 other people in line and I told her I would just dispute the transaction with my bank since they did not provide the service that I paid for even though the address is correct. The gentleman at the desk typed in the address and it came right up in the system, and again I told Manager see I told you it's the correct address. They made me repay for the package again to ship it. I informed the manager I would just dispute it with my bank because they did not deliver the package or provide the service that I paid them for, and tried saying I had entered it incorrect, which was proven by the computer I did not The manager was not friendly and I am not kidding. They were over 20 people online and she was not doing anything to help the two people upfront. I felt terrible for them. They were getting so many comments that were unnecessary Management needs a step up and should have worked the other computer that was at the front desk to help customers

I thought the "old" spot was…read moreawful- terrible RUDE customer service, too small a location, congested parking in the strip center I had to drop off a pkg- the NEW location has approx customer 12 parking spots - and the inside is still TOO small, One counter employee working at 3PM, a line of 12-14 people backing up to the new doors, almost out the door !! On top of that, the postal workers took Mail Carts and proceded to turn them upside down in parking spaces that may be for official vehicles (NO SIGNAGE). This caused a GIANT traffic mess with cars trying to turn around the lot - then double parking or driving around the lot looking for parking spot. What a MESS! I thought the idea of the NEW location was to IMPROVE customer service. I think this lowered their overhead because now this location shares the building with the County Distribution Center. Great Idea, but too small of a retail counter space, no self- service kiosks, little parking, rude service. UGH!!!!!!!!! AVOID if possible!!!!

this was one of the worst customer experience services in my life. called because I had a package…read morethat was marked as "delivered to my mailbox" (never received it). apparently they had been holding on to it, although they marked it as delivered, because it had no apartment number on it (my receipt had my apartment number on it, so this was also the business's issue). I waited for 15 minutes to be lectured for not putting the apartment number in the address (I did this) and for not putting my name on the mailbox (I've lived here for 8 months and never been told to do this). thanks Maryland heights USPS!! Right on par with everything else out here.
