I have never had so many packages lost through this post office. I have an Etsy shop, they have lost at least 3 of my orders in the last 3 months. I drop off packages and they tend to never make it out of the post office and are in "Pre-transit" for a month until I receive a note from a customer that they have never received their package which unfortunately looks bad on me. Getting ahold of someone is near impossible as you are put in a waiting room over the phone for at least 30-45 minutes. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

The worst service today. I always come in and deal with the kiosk. However, I sent a package and they tried saying the address was insufficient. I spoke to a blonde, older, female manager who was trying to look it up in the system after I've been waiting for 20 minutes and there was 20 other people in line and I told her I would just dispute the transaction with my bank since they did not provide the service that I paid for even though the address is correct. The gentleman at the desk typed in the address and it came right up in the system, and again I told Manager see I told you it's the correct address. They made me repay for the package again to ship it. I informed the manager I would just dispute it with my bank because they did not deliver the package or provide the service that I paid them for, and tried saying I had entered it incorrect, which was proven by the computer I did not The manager was not friendly and I am not kidding. They were over 20 people online and she was not doing anything to help the two people upfront. I felt terrible for them. They were getting so many comments that were unnecessary Management needs a step up and should have worked the other computer that was at the front desk to help customers read more

My experience today was amazing. The staff were excellent! Friendly, informative and polite! I have been purposely avoiding the post office for about two years now because of the horrible people that used to work there! Always rude, belittle people and make them feel small. But now, knowing that those terrible people have been replaced with actual human beings, I will be going there more often to mail packages! read more

I mailed a large package on 7/8. It was insured and had signature required. When I didn't get tracking the following day, I called, and the supervisor said she looked through the facility and it was not there, so it went out on the truck the night of 7/8. First question is why wouldn't you have large priority items in one place? Now on 7/12 there is still no tracking, and I filed a case. I went to the St. Charles post office and was told the supervisor said the package was in Hazelwood. So, I called Hazelwood. Three calls and each time the phone was picked up and hung up. I was given an address for the post office in Hazelwood by the girl at the window but decided to talk to the supervisor first. So, here comes the supervisor, Christi Bilbrey, who immediately had a defense attitude, rather than helpful. I asked how she knew the package was in Hazlewood because no one is seeing that in tracking. Her answer was because it was not there, and packages get picked up at night. I asked her to please call them and see if it was there. She refused and said she couldn't call. I asked if she was going to refuse to help me and make me drive to Hazelwood. She said "you can't go there! It's not a post office it's a distribution center and you're not allowed." I asked her to call again - the package was already past its priority delivery date and has not been scanned. She told me it could still be waiting to be scanned and they were short handed. So, priority mail means nothing! And Christi Bilbrey, who could help, refuses. At this point, I TRULY BELIEVE MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN! There are so many stories about this post office and missing packages, and I believe the problem begins with Christi Bilbrey! She seems emboldened by the fact that the post office is so big and she can, without explanation, blame the Hazelwood location, and cannot explain why the package was not scanned at her location! Get a number and wait in line or try and work the automatic teller. The automated teller seems more complicated than should be and human tellers seemed nice. BUT, I had to buy packing tape because scotched tape wouldn't be approved. (Another $4) At least I got a number as soon as I walked in. The office lobby is nice, but people were napping while waiting for numbers to be called. Masks are usually worn by tellers. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I have been up here 3 times and each time it is one of the worst experiences I have encountered. No help at all, if you ask ANY question you are treated terribly. The cashier is the rudest person I have met in a very long time. If you hate your job so much why are you there!?!? Or put someone with a little customer service up front. Not someone who hates their life and job. If you need something to get anywhere on time, go to UPS or fed ex...or hell, even if it's going to Texas you will be better served driving it there yourself. I set an appointment online to get a new passport at this USPS location. Not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews because I thought everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I definitely didn't experience the rudeness that others say they have. I will say that there was apparently another appointment ahead of me so I kept waiting, but they never showed up. It would've been nice that after a certain amount of time when it was obvious at the original appointment was not going to be there, I wish I could've been seen earlier. Also bear in mind it was a Saturday and very busy so I expected there to be some kind of wait but not that much. read more

Great service! Susan helped me with the two packages I was sending to New York. I had inadvertently left the ZIP Code off of one of them, and without looking anything up on the computer, she said the right one within about three seconds. That, coupled with the way she spoke, confirmed my hunch that she was originally from Long Island. Turns out, we lived one town over from another in New York! Small world. We chatted for a minute about accents and family and pizza - and she told me about a local pizza joint that is owned by people from Jersey. I bookmarked it on Yelp right away. Living in the Midwest, it's always cool to meet another transplant from Long Island. :) Sooo, I guess I should talk a little bit about the actual post office, lol. It was the first time I had been in and noticed the usual envelopes and boxes for mailing, cards, P.O. boxes, etc. It's in a nice space right across from Lindenwood. Plenty of parking. read more

This crabby woman who seems to be on a power trip with the grey hair and glasses is downright awful. She is belittling her co workers and every person in line she has assisted thus far. Her demeanor is extremely unprofessional and sour. I feel sorry for all these employees who have to listen to her bark orders and roll her eyes all day. It's unbelievable. She is answering simple questions with such a bad attitude... literally rolling her eyes at guests in line. I will never mail anything from this location EVER again. I just had a simple question about my package and the lady at one of the front check out was SO rude. She didn't help me at all or answer any questions.. she could have at least told me what my next step was, but no she didn't seem to care. If you don't like your job, then find a new one.
