When I came in last night, the employee seemed very overwhelmed and flustered, so I tried to be understanding and patient. However, coming back the next day and still being told the order wasn't ready and would take another 4 hours was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the interaction today felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I completely understand delays happen, especially when stores are busy, but communication, professionalism, and realistic turnaround times matter , especially when customers are paying for express services and planning business orders around them.

We booked it. Arrives in Amarillo, TX on day 5 on a Wednesday, that's HALFWAY to its destination. Tracking showed no movement; I called in on Thursday. Got mixed answers from their support team. "oh it already left" and "it'll be out tonight". Friday, no update to tracking "it hasn't left according to tracking" We told them dispatch said it would... "uh we're not sure". We called into Wilmington OH dispatch and they said it "should be on the way, but can't be for certain". dispatch says, it'll hit another terminal first and get scanned in, never does. Another dispatch says it'll arrive on saturday to OH and be scanned in, never does. We needed this pallet delivered on Wednesday (day 5), now we're hoping it will arrive Monday (Day 10). Support says it should arrive Monday in Wilmington, OH, and we'll get it out the door to its final destination same day! Call in on Monday 10 AM EST, tracking shows no scan in yet.... (you'd think they'd unload a truck first thing in the morning if it's been docked since saturday...). Finally shows it's scanned in 30 or so minutes later. Great, it should be out the door! RL - "oh we couldn't find a truck, so this will go out Tuesday." Can you please get this delivered by Tuesday, 10AM EST to its final destination? It's already late and it's urgent. Dispatch says, "Yes, we've marked it red hot." Arrives at 2:45 PM... wow. Receiving warehouse, you're missing 1 out of 5 pallets. Stress. Called into their tracing team to locate the missing pallet. "It's not in Ohio, we'll keep tracing it back. " Can't find it in TX, can't find it in CA. 30 hours later, jk it's been in Ohio the entire time. Do you know how incompetent the warehouse team at RL has to be to unload 5 pallets and then misplace 1 of them, all within a day, when it should stay in its outgoing staging area and to go back out the door? The irresponsibility and incompetence this company has shown in managing 5 simple pallets is outrageous. We do not recommend them at all. Customer support has no accurate information, as they don't scan the cargo in or out. This is an absolute nightmare scenario for anyone trying to ship out pallets. Stay far away.

The spirit of Matt Leff is alive and well thanks to kind, well-meaning salespeople like Brendan. WELL, he did amazing! What the facilitator and I were most surprised about was his letter recognition skills. So much so, that the woman asked me IF HE COULD READ! I know my son is a smart boy, but seeing him excel so far into the testing really blew all of us away! They communicate with me on a daily basis about my girls accomplishments as well as the areas that they need some more help with. They have become part of our family and we love them. Kerri, the Center Director communicates with us constantly about what's going on in the center, the fun activities that they have planned and anything else that is going on with my child. She greets each child with a warm welcome each day and always has a special story about my children to share with me letting me know that she sees each child as an individual. I give this school a 5 star rating because it encompases everything that a great child care center SHOULD have!
