After asking me the same question multiple times, she then accused me of speaking to her disrespectfully when I simply answered her question. I felt unfairly spoken to throughout the entire exchange. Customer service should include basic courtesy and professionalism, and sadly, neither was shown during this interaction. There was no effort made to be polite, helpful, or even end the conversation with a simple "thank you" or "have a good day." In comparison to Camino Al Norte location, they will mark it shipped and a tracking # is provided a couple of hours after I drop my packages off. I had several big loses of packages that I didn't receive and finally decided to purchase a mailbox across the street so I can get all of my packages. But my neighbors almost every day miss a package that I see on our neighborhood Facebook page. It is very hard to file formal complaints with this post office. They do not accept phone calls. You fill fill in an on-line complaint but nothing ever becomes of it. You only other option is to walk into this place and a long line of other people with the same problem will be in front of you. The last time I came in with my complaint I waited around an hour. I was missing some of my mail again. I filed out something on-line about it over a week ago. ZIP nothing happens. I usually get a lot of gift items from some charities that I donate too. I didn't receive any of them this year so I DON'T KNOW but think they either miss-delivered, loss, or stole these items. This post office is so lucky that I am not a nut job because they unhinged me as much as possible. I would not be surprised if something awful happens here that I see on the news in the future. When you live in this part of North Las Vegas you need to redirect your packages and mail if you can to someplace else because you can't count on getting all your mail from here. This location is also used to distribute house keys for newly sold homes, which may be one of the reasons it stays so packed. One thing I do appreciate is that the post office is divided into three separate sections/lines, which helps prevent regular postal business from completely mixing with other services. Even with that setup, it's still consistently crowded. There's a self service station, which helps a bit and can save time if you're able to use it. If coming to this post office then come with more than enough time, especially on weekdays or during peak seasons and hours. Plan ahead and expect a wait time if visiting this location .

I asked politely to use some tape for the top of the package I forgot to seal. Old lady or grandma replied "you can buy tape or strips of tape". What????? Really this is America now???? Or is it at this location? Because at Summerlin post office where I always go to, they'll be gladly to lend me some tape. Never coming back! Grandma, don't be surprised when you ask for help one day and they'll ignore you or say you had to pay for help.

They have at least 1 or 2 people available to assist, in addition to the separate line for package pick up. I must admit the staff is pretty courteous and hospitable and I like their attitude when it comes to assisting customers. The only issue is that they sometimes get backed up, especially when there are a ton of people needing any services earlier in the day. They have a decent amount of parking, but there are times when I have had to stalk people for a spot. They have ample space if you need to assemble packages on site, which is nice. The postage kiosk is a good option to have, too. All in all, avoid the rush of first thing in the morning, utilize the drop off area or counter for pre-paid postage. Otherwise, be prepared to encounter some wait time.
