I have gone to this post office numerous times due to having to get a new mail lock and key. Although 1 out of the 5 times I went there the lines were super duper long, if you have the time to wait, it really isn't that bad. All the employees were really respectful, helpful and polite. Shout out to Tammy and Susan. I learned a lot while waiting in line. For instance, if you want to walk in for passports, you gotta go on Friday morning at 7AM because the line will be pretty long. The websites say walk in hours M,W,&F but I heard differently while there. Also make sure to have all your paperwork filled out in black ink. I also learned that if you are picking up mail at the window/blue door to the side, if it's closed, just jump into the long line as there is only one line since they are short staffed. If you are using the machine to buy stamps, make sure to look really well at the bottom dispenser or you'll miss them. If you bought a house and are there to pick up your mail keys, or you are like me, who needs a new lock and keys, be sure to bring a copy of your title, a utility bill, or lease agreement (if you are a renter). Those are the only way to obtain your mailbox keys. Since I had mine replaced, I had to pay $40 for 3 new keys and a lock. I think overall, spending time in line and watching the employees deal with customers, (some nice and some not so nice) they do a really great job. They are all very helpful but the most helpful one who I saw most of the time was Susan. She makes sure to be aware of people coming in and their needs. I like this post office and will be back again.

Decent size post office conveniently located right off the highway. Not all the staff is as friendly but they all are pretty fast at servicing which helps due to the line always being long.

The package drop off with broken handle, going this post office is like being in a third world country, terrible terrible terrible

Tried this location another time, it's worst than a good will , dirty, unorganized, terrible staff, and the drop off slip as always broken. The manager of this location should get fired asap !

Poor customer service. Unwilling to answer the most basic of questions. The facility itself is clean and spacious.

Why does this Post Office look so unsanitary and unclean??? Remove these Greeting Cards and put an area for a few WORKING KIOSKS. Also these waste areas should be cut back to where the island isn't taking up unused space. Lastly the Passport far area to the right should be an area for Customers to put their Parcels and Boxes that are already stamped. There's so much unused space at this post office that can be useful and accessible to Customers' advantage. Then Just maybe the staff will be happier, and more willing to come to work, connect better with the customers', and have more enthusiasm to assist us. It doesn't have to look like a Government Cheese or Voting line EVERY SINGLE TIME. EVERY TIME I come inside to retrieve my mail, whether it's at my P.O.Box or having to wait in the massive lines to speak with a Mail Clerk. Which maybe two or three people for almost 40-50 plus customers'. For several months I've grinned and bared with the disorganized Mail Clerks. Now I'm asking a real silly Question. Are you all HIRING?? Cause I'll apply. There's a logical way to make a Postal Servicing experience better for all parties "Renovations." Bring in numbers. Divide and make sure people aren't just waiting in hour long lines and they don't have to be. I witnessed a Male Clerk tell an elderly woman after waiting in One line a few people behind the 45 minute to an hour line that I was in. She got out of our line jumped over to the shorter line with the two male clerks behind the counter. Once it was her turn to go to the counter, She gave the clerk her package. Then the gentlemen that was originally behind her but in the line that I was in; yelled out calmly, See if he can go and check for your mail while he's helping you with your package. The Clerk told the elderly lady "No, she'll have to go in the line to her left." The male gentleman that was a few customers' behind me said, Now What if she wasn't already in this line first and she'd have to go towards the back of another line and if he truly wanted to assist her he would have. I in turn said, It's their moods that they're in it's like flipping a coin. Even their female Supervisor is Heartless so Why The Hell would the rest of the staff GIVE A F..K?!! This Post Office needs a MAJOR FACELIFT. This ONE STAR Should not be but now I understand How this location has come to having a star and a half.

I had several big loses of packages that I didn't receive and finally decided to purchase a mailbox across the street so I can get all of my packages. But my neighbors almost every day miss a package that I see on our neighborhood Facebook page. It is very hard to file formal complaints with this post office. They do not accept phone calls. You fill fill in an on-line complaint but nothing ever becomes of it. You only other option is to walk into this place and a long line of other people with the same problem will be in front of you. The last time I came in with my complaint I waited around an hour. I was missing some of my mail again. I filed out something on-line about it over a week ago. ZIP nothing happens. I usually get a lot of gift items from some charities that I donate too. I didn't receive any of them this year so I DON'T KNOW but think they either miss-delivered, loss, or stole these items. This post office is so lucky that I am not a nut job because they unhinged me as much as possible. I would not be surprised if something awful happens here that I see on the news in the future. When you live in this part of North Las Vegas you need to redirect your packages and mail if you can to someplace else because you can't count on getting all your mail from here. They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Great small business and a Good Owner. Respectfully.
