The window clerk and postmaster were a huge help with my problem. It was settled faster than expected.

So, the following day, I went into the store and told the manager about it. He told me it was a Staples-wide that they had, and that it would be automatically corrected, as soon as they could get to all of the different banks. Naturally, it sounded like it would take a while. In the 3 weeks since then, I have called at least 3 other times and have never been able to speak to the manager. Usually, it's his day off. That's if I can get through and actually talk to someone. One female employee was nice enough to give me an email to send a copy of the disputed transactions to, and she seemed to already be aware of my situation, but there has been no resolution or apology for being out over $185 for the past 3 weeks. I finally called my bank, and they put out a fraud alert and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Naturally, I'll have to wait 10 days for the money to be returned, but at least they answered the phone and did something for their customer.

Quite frankly, at this point I'm just frustrated. I go in expecting something simple. Meatballs,…read moremarinara sauce, bread, and cheese. This time, I came out with paperclips. It would be appreciated if any Subway management could address the following issues: -Zero bread. Anywhere. -All workers seemed knowledgeable in printers, but not sandwich making? -A smell of ink and pencil shavings, and a lack of bread smell throughout the restaurant that I've come to know and love I'm sad at this point. My favorite restaurant has gone downhill.

I am an ex-employee here to tell you about my experience with Life Remembered/ CMS East…read more I was initially very excited about this job, as I was pretty close to broke and thought it was a wonderful opportunity. During the interview they grilled me to disclose a medical issue that kept me unemployed for a while. When I didn't freely offer the information, they kept asking me until I felt obligated to. They also asked if I had been vaccinated for covid. So, firstly, they wanted new hires to study the material for 4-5 hours EVERY NIGHT! The manager, Sandy, was very rude and constantly made me feel stupid and embarrassed. Her daughter, who helped train me, was almost the exact same way. They talk down to you, use a harsh tone the minute you ask a question and then berate with insults instead of answering your actual question. "Come on, it's common sense" is their favorite line, even when the answer is not, in fact, common sense. I have never had a job where I was made to cry multiple times in the first two weeks. ONE DAY, TWO OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THEY WERE SHOCKED THAT I RETURNED THE DAY AFTER BEING SCOLDED! They told me that they had NEVER seen the manager be so hard on someone! Let me tell you, I studied the material and had A LOT memorized. Several times during computer training, was left alone and unable to continue because they wanted me to wait. One of these waits was for 40 minutes. Sandy also had it set up to train both myself and the other new person at the same time. This seriously impacted our ability to be taught and give us individual attention. The manager said that she 'never should have tried' to train us together, but it was OUR fault that we were behind on training. She quit the same morning that I did for exactly the same reasons. When I told Sandy how upset I was with how I was being treated, she told me 'well I'm sorry you see it that way' and basically told me to quit. They also have a dog there some days that needs constant attention from its owner, or it will bark. While you're getting trained, I hope you don't mind the trainer being distracted by the mastiff they have to hold on to any minute they leave their office so that the dog doesn't cry and BARK. (And yes, the customers can hear the barking!) They did a lot of 'no don't go over your scripts together' and then an hour later 'why weren't yinz practicing your scripts together??' And then told us for 10 minutes about how we're wasting the valuable time that she had given us. TLDR: management is extremely rude and gets very defensive if you call them out on it. It's your fault, even if it's clearly not.
