I gave them 5 stars but would say they're not perfect due to staffing shortages but that's not anything they can control. The people who have been in charge in DC for most of the past decade have been trying to destroy them. I've always had good service here. I've had to wait because they only have one window open but that's the worst that's happened. The employees have been very nice and helpful. I'm really grateful to have an option that isn't owned by a big corporation and billionaires!

I have to say first and foremost that making a return from an online seller is one of my least favorite things to do, I dislike it even more when they partner with USPS as the lines are usually long, I never know if it's going to be a hassle, etc. On this Saturday in particular I first tried the Post Office location near my house (which I loathe), but it was closed. A little worried I was going to have to wait until Monday, further delaying my refund, I went online and saw that this location was open until 5pm. I decided to give it a go and down the street I drove. Walking in was nostalgic for me and I was expecting a huge line, afterall it was a weekend in November. I was shocked to find only one other person in line ahead of me and I was up at the front in less than two minutes. The gal working was the kindest postal worker I've encountered in years. She was able to scan my QR code and get my package out the door quickly. Nothing super remarkable about this experience, but it was one of the better ones I've had lately at a USPS. If my local one continues to go downhill I might make the 10 minute drive to this one in the future.

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent.
