When mailing packages I appreciate the extra effort taken to find the cheapest shipping solutions. Notary services and charges seem reasonable, and the notary was knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the requirements of the documents needing signatures. It's a family-owned business, and we all have off-days which is the only reason I can think of for any negative review, but I've never witnessed anything less than professional.
