No mail services here. Just a pick-up location. There is a private parking lot but it can get full very fast on a busy day so you can park on the street if you need to. Staff never seems friendly and they are extremely slow which can be a pain when there are 10 people in line with only 2 workers. I come here only if I have to. There's at least one mail man here who just does not want to work. Lies about delivering things when we have cameras showing he just drives away without walking over to put anything down. Puts packages on dirt road when the mailbox is right there. They gave us a notice saying we have things blocking the mailbox when there's just the neighbors trash can there, and he just doesn't want to drive around it (the road is wide enough for 2 cars to drive side by side, nobody has an issue with the trash can) This mailman has caused us to miss important mails not only once or twice. Still wanted to speak to manager but was refused. The address that the delivery was made to was not my address nor the address that was on the package. The package was delivered to an address in lake Los Angeles by usps, because I had a personal tracker placed due to failed deliveries in the past. We have lived at our current address for 6 years and 6 months. From the beginning, we received mail for our address with at least 7 different names as addressees. I have complained and returned mail ever since. I have had items stolen at the USPS level, how do I know? Well the previous carrier at the time had the nerve to DELIVER a padded envelope that was sliced open with one swipe and EMPTY. That happens when someone is working there and used to quickly grabbing packages, slicing them open, taking the contents, then placing them back in processing. They are good at it because they have done it so many times, they are like a human theft conveyor belt. Yes, we did issue a change of address when we first moved. It got so bad, that our regular carrier at the time named "Mudd" who was fabulous, gave me a USPS box to collect all the mail so I can drop the entire box of mail direct to USPS from time to time. This takes valuable time and energy from me and my family, not to mention unreimbursed gas expenses. Who doesn't miss their insurance checks? Who doesn't miss their important correspondence from Church....or their doctor.....or even FEMA? Yes, we have received all those types of mail pieces and much more. Yes, I have spoken to our mail carriers. Yes, they have ensured that the names on the physical box are accurate. Yes, I have called the post office and corrected and complained multiple times. Yes, I have sent mail back to the post office with "addressee unknown." Yes, I have scratched out the metered marks in order to avoid the envelopes electronically returning to us. I got so frustrated, that when EDD mail that I had already marked came right back to us, I even wrote "2nd time, addressee unknown, REALLY USPS!!!!!!!" Guess what? USPS's little joke was to send it right back to us AGAIN, basically to say "yes, AGAIN, AND F- YOU!". What really freaked me out is when, during Covid 19 Safer at Home Orders, we kept getting EDD envelopes INCLUDING DEBIT CARDS for names I have never seen before.....at least 175 mail pieces that I kept marking, labeling, and returning to the post office. I do not want anything to do with fraud, yet and still, the post office kept sending them back to us. I am so furious and frustrated, and after more than 6 years of these shenanigans, I am following even more of my mother's advice....she is a retired postal worker.....and I think all of you who have complaints should do this too: SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER, MAKE CALLS, AND WALK IN AND TALK TO YOUR POSTMASTER (THEY WILL TRY TO HEAD OFF YOUR CALLS AND VISITS, BUT BE VIGILANT AND PERSISTENT) AND......BE SURE TO CALL THE POSTAL INSPECTORS SO THEY CAN RAIN HELL DOWN ON THIS PLACE AND CLEAN HOUSE!!! He informed me he can HOLD my mail for a month. 9/5/2020 - moved from my daughter's home. 9/16/2020 opened a post office box at 93539 post office. This place is hella janky. I knew when I got a text that USPS tried to deliver my pkg it was going to be some bs. NEVER had an issue with pkgs being delivered until yesterday. Received an attempted delivery notice. Went online to reschedule the delivery. Even got a confirmation. When I checked the day of the redelivery, it said it was returned to sender because I didn't pick up by the 3rd day (even though they're supposed to hold Express mail for 5 days). If I could leave zero stars I would. I have had several packages in the USPS network, and many of them always seem to have some sort of issue. Whether it's being delivered to the wrong address like a neighbor, or even to the wrong zip code this has to be fixed. I've got informed delivery and see the mail that should be delivered, and then when I go to pick up my mail from my mailbox, there's two or three pieces of mail always missing. It's ridiculous. Let's not talk packages. One was meant to be delivered to my home, and instead of that happening like the job is, it never come by, and on Informed Delivery it was stated that the package was refused, like what? Then that the addressee was unknown, so the package was returned to the sender. That's insane and shows the incompetency of this branch in particular. From the sender, I had two packages. One was successfully delivered, thank God, but the other one is where all the headache is coming from. So my neighbor has installed a gate in the middle of the street. From one side to the other, and put a private property sign on his gate. Traffic cannot get through, and the post office is not delivering the mail. I hadn't gotten any mail in about two weeks, so I called the post office. They told me the mail could not be delivered because the street was blocked off. I know it's not entirely the fault of the post office, but they could enter the street from the other end. It seems to be up to the delivery person if they feel like driving around to the other end. I'm expected to drive to the post office to pick up my mail from now on, until I can find out about the illegal gate blocking the street. read more

Terrible place! Just recently got my home and requested to remove the mailbox lock 2 weeks ago and when the lady in the front desk said it would take 3 business days. I call after a week passed and who ever answered asked me for my info and said she was going to check and call me back and haven't receive a call back it's been a week now. Luckily I was able to catch the mail man over the weekend and he was more helpful then the people at the office. This is the worst area in Los Angeles that delivers mail. Been here 2 months and mail comes in the evening; super sucks. Then I get all mail from previous tenants. I have been down to this post office that also sucks. They have no retail services. There is always one postal worker there with a long line. I don't receive my mail.
