    The lady behind the desks pretending to help people is the biggest hypocrite you'll ever see I forgot my mask and was asking for a disposal one she did nothing but give me attitude as her mask was down beneath her mouth yelling at me to put a mask on the customer service here it was 430 to close for me to be able to go home and get a mask and come back luckily somebody came in and let me have one from their car I will be making a formal complaint to her boss I would never come here or use this service if it was a Choice our mailbox got broken into and now they don't deliver the mail and it could take up to three months for them to fix the mailbox

    Employees here take their sweet time even when they see the line is out the door. The employee here decided to take a call on her personal cell and take 20 minutes to find my package. Like girl if you hate your job please look for another job and don't waste our time

    A small example of what we deal with.

    We have lived at our current address for 6 years and 6 months. From the beginning, we received mail for our address with at least 7 different names as addressees. I have complained and returned mail ever since. I have had items stolen at the USPS level, how do I know? Well the previous carrier at the time had the nerve to DELIVER a padded envelope that was sliced open with one swipe and EMPTY. That happens when someone is working there and used to quickly grabbing packages, slicing them open, taking the contents, then placing them back in processing. They are good at it because they have done it so many times, they are like a human theft conveyor belt. Yes, we did issue a change of address when we first moved. It got so bad, that our regular carrier at the time named "Mudd" who was fabulous, gave me a USPS box to collect all the mail so I can drop the entire box of mail direct to USPS from time to time. This takes valuable time and energy from me and my family, not to mention unreimbursed gas expenses. Who doesn't miss their insurance checks? Who doesn't miss their important correspondence from Church....or their doctor.....or even FEMA? Yes, we have received all those types of mail pieces and much more. Yes, I have spoken to our mail carriers. Yes, they have ensured that the names on the physical box are accurate. Yes, I have called the post office and corrected and complained multiple times. Yes, I have sent mail back to the post office with "addressee unknown." Yes, I have scratched out the metered marks in order to avoid the envelopes electronically returning to us. I got so frustrated, that when EDD mail that I had already marked came right back to us, I even wrote "2nd time, addressee unknown, REALLY USPS!!!!!!!" Guess what? USPS's little joke was to send it right back to us AGAIN, basically to say "yes, AGAIN, AND F- YOU!". What really freaked me out is when, during Covid 19 Safer at Home Orders, we kept getting EDD envelopes INCLUDING DEBIT CARDS for names I have never seen before.....at least 175 mail pieces that I kept marking, labeling, and returning to the post office. I do not want anything to do with fraud, yet and still, the post office kept sending them back to us. I am so furious and frustrated, and after more than 6 years of these shenanigans, I am following even more of my mother's advice....she is a retired postal worker.....and I think all of you who have complaints should do this too: SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER, MAKE CALLS, AND WALK IN AND TALK TO YOUR POSTMASTER (THEY WILL TRY TO HEAD OFF YOUR CALLS AND VISITS, BUT BE VIGILANT AND PERSISTENT) AND......BE SURE TO CALL THE POSTAL INSPECTORS SO THEY CAN RAIN HELL DOWN ON THIS PLACE AND CLEAN HOUSE!!! THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS AND IF WE ALL DO THIS, THEY WILL BE UNDER THE MAGNIFYING GLASS. ONE THING THEY HATE IS ATTENTION AND VISITS FROM THE POSTAL INSPECTORS. ....then UP the ladder to your congresspersons.

    kudos to some of the best mailmen in america, ricardo martinez and a gentleman named reuben or…read moreruben, (unknown last name)! ricardo is so fast he would make a fast freight take a side road. both guys really friendly but do not waste company on useless chatter but are gracious, friendly and willing to run over my neighbors cat (faster ricardo)! ricardo has been our regular mailman for years and only for he and reuben are we able to obtain all the food ads on time. unfortunately, a number of years ago we had a mailman who would never deliver ads, apparently too much hassle and then he retired. would highly recommend that ricardo and reuben be recognized for their fantastic service for the usps. you folks need more of their same kind, willing to run over neighbors small animals, scream at small children, curse at my wife and throw beer cans in the front yard (things i have wanted to do all my life)! just kidding as you can probably tell. these guys are really good, front line mailmen who perform a repetitious job with dignity and speed and i think the lancaster post office is very fortunate to have them in their employ. with them i don't get my neighbor's mail and they don't get mine. quite an accomplishment for this many years. ricardo said he would have been older but he was sick two years. he said he only 29 but his head looks like it done wore out 4 bodies. ok ricardo, just like the prune commercial (today the pits, tomorrow the wrinkles)! thanks for your time and for the service of two of your finest associates. sincerely, charles daniels 43021 22nd. st. west lancdaster, california 93536

    Old lady at the front named Izzy denied shipping a package because of a small, old grease stain on…read morea box. We are not shipping any oil or anything hazardous but proceeded to deny service. We had waited over 30 minutes just to be told no, when I asked for a supervisor she refused. She then proceeded to talk about planes blowing up because of this, and how she took some class that told her about it. Like okay I have a bachelors degree from the top university of this country, and guess what? Google is free. USPS can only deny if there is something leaking which there was not. Absolutely ridiculous, go somewhere else to ship.

    Had to drop off something and didn't have time earlier at my usual drop off so after I finished my…read moreappointments here in Lancaster I stopped by around 130pm. Parking is plentiful and the store is spacious however there's a sign in front that says to make a line outside if the line is to the door, so i hesitantly opened the door. I see that the layout of the store is probably the reason for this sign, it is not laid out that well in my opinion because the registers are to the right of the store, the left of the store has items for sale and some scanners, I'm sure this causes quite a bit of congestion and it causes the store to look messy and haphazard. Probably it would be better for the registers to be straight back and the two walls on the right and left to instead have things hanging on and the scanning stuff at the front. Then the lines could go straight back. Anyways on this time I came there was no line and the staff assisted me quickly. I was in and out within 3 minutes probably. As another yelp review noted, the most important aspect is for staff to be knowledgeable and helpful which they are!

    Amazon returns run this store! And since they know this they have actually set up kiosk to assist…read morewith drop offs. During busier times they have up to 4 other associates helping along with the 2 kiosks which helps to move the line right along. It's in a large shopping area that has a few buildings and all share the parking lot . Parking is generally tight in the parking area nearest their building, as they hold 2 spaces for their trucks at all times I believe. Plus they are the closest to at least 3 eateries that also need parking. So if you can park a bit further away and walk in you'd probably be in and out faster than trying to squeeze in near their front door.
