I have been trying to get a money order refund since august, that was never delivered in May. After giving my drivers license with current address to postal attendant to open up a money inquiry. My refund was issued and mailed to a local business in my area. How this huge mistake was made....I really don't know. But I'm still waiting for cooperate office to get it right and issue a refund. As of today, I have a total of 3 first class letters to family members that never arrived. It seems the only thing the Holt post office can get correct is items shipped priority mail. Each day i do see my Mail Courier (parked at the end of my street) , but I never actually get my mail, or packages. What I think is going on is they park in the neighborhood, scan the packages as delivered (so the GPS location is recorded...I had two just yesterday) then they deliver your package whenever they feel like it?or it goes missing entirely? I cannot say the same about their competition when I occasionally use them for extremely heavy or large shipments.
