This place hires the most incompetent people they deliver mail that supposed to go to same number address and vice versa I'm 29th they are 30th they even delivered my passport there it's a good thing me and that family have become friends and deliver packages or mail to each other that this shit for brains that can't read numbers mix up. One of the FASTEST post offices I have been to. Before I went here I went to the one in page field and the lady there did not let me write the address on the package / add a piece of paper with the address to the package instead wanted me to use a QR code. Here though I was asked if I wanted to write the address on the package. Thanks to Jonathan I was let aware that I had the wrong package type. I was in and out in 5 mins. read more

Im only giving three stars because this facility only had a few post cards and in fact were very basic. I had to go to Win Dixie to purchase postcards, and Im at the post office that day. Something about that is not amusing. Staff on the other hand was a riot and make something simple as shipping a postcard an experience. Thanks. read more

Doesnt deliver on time. I, as an Amazon Prime Member already complained to have them as a last shipping carrier selection. They have 2 drivers delivering my orders which makes no absolute sense. No structure in Logistics. read more

Unbelieveable how these people can have a job at all. Last month was supposed to receive a 3-day priority package on a Saturday. They sent to Texas, I live in Virginia. This month they send my parcel to Mississippi for it to go around in circle for days on end. 3-day priority is turning into 10 day or longer. The folks working in the post office seemed very nice, and were doing a great job. The woman doing passports was another story however she was horrible, angry, rude, and didn't know her stuff. Absolutely the worst USPS Office I have ever encountered. Where do I start. 1. Carrier not even stopping on our street on days the mail was running and our flag was up (This one has happened more than once.) 2. Breaking and losing the contents of a well secured package. 3. Not knowing how a USPS approved security mailbox works so holding my mail without telling me. 4. Delivering my package to a wrong address. Not remembering what that address was. Opening a case about the package only to just say "We're sorry." 5. Watching tracking online while mail in their possession just sat there on working business days. 6. Having the same piece of mail mis-delivered to my box when it didn't even have my address on it. I put it in the box over and over with detailed notes. I finally called the post office on that one. The supervisor said they would be right out. "Right out" turned out to be the next day. This is a sad, sad excuse for a USPS Office. 7. Having payments delayed because they lost mail. I avoid this place like the plague. I drive over 10 miles to Alva or Labelle rather than go to the Lehigh Post office. I wish merchants would choose anything but USPS for shipping because ultimately I end up with Lehigh's pitiful service. read more

This post office was the worst as to handing complaint's! The supervisor at this post office was very rude and throwing her hands up as to shut us up! My elderly mother received a notice to move her mailbox to the other street. Which means she has to go down the drive way and around the street which I might add tends to be under water when it rains! All because for the safety of the mailman. My mother lives in a dead end red which shes the only house. Which I've come to the assumption that its an inconvenience for the mailman. And may i say that my mother has lived here for 8yrs and a dump truck at the dead end and never had a problem before! Now a coupke of yeara later and no dump truck you're not able to deliver her mail?! l It would be much easier for the mailman to have all in one side. I'm sorry (not sorry) that your not able to do a 3 point turn or even pull up a bit and reverse. Fine you're a service but we as tax payers and your fees pay your salary. Maybe we should notify your employer how you park at the other dead end for 45min doing what ever! So let's state the obvious and say its because its easier for YOU to have it all on one side! If it was up to me when I order things I would never choose them! There is an excuse every time on why they can not deliver to my house! I understand that things happen but this is all the time! They have even given me other people's packages when I've had to come in to pick my packages up it's absolutely ridiculous! I never complain but I am so over it! I'll be perfectly honest, anytime I have to go to the Post Office, I prepare myself to have to deal with cranky employees- I will even go as far as to say some have made me want to take a shot. Of windex. Straight. NO employee is ever happy at a Post Office- it just doesn't happen- until here. Not only was EVERY employee at the counter smiling, they were actually helpful, to every customer I watched them encounter. I ended up laughing out loud with 2 of them! Establishment is very clean, employees are the best part of it. They lose my packages every time I receive an Amazon package on a sunday or a holiday, i have been told that Amazon packages (USPS has a special contract to deliver Amazon packages locally on weekends and Holidays) are delivered out of the Ft Myers office. When I report the loss of the package they always say it was delivered and do nothing else. I'm now reluctant to order anything from Amazon that will arrive on a Sunday or Holiday. I have lost three packages since July. read more

I have hold mail and forward mail three times at the Lehigh Acres location. I just filled out their forward mail card. Delivered it in person to the Lehigh location. It was effective June 19 2019. I have not received any mail for four days now. I wish the USP would take time to fix the problem with the Lehigh location. I think they hire anyone, throw them in the door and tell "go to work". Pathetic service = no service... Parcel delivery service fails repeatedly to deliver USPS packages on time .... or does not deliver at all.... lost parcel ;. calling the LEHIGH ACRES POST OFFICE early morning on TUESDAY Feb. 28.2017 inquiring through tracking # re. failure to receive parcel promised and paid for to be delivered not later than SATURDAY Febr.25.2017 . This parcel was confirmed to be in the physical possession of the Lehigh Post Office by US Post office clerk KATHY who assured us that delivery will take place today, (the same day). A follow up call, to the LEHIGH Post office just prior to 16:00 hours, advising that up to that time no delivery had been made/received was answered by a rude, uncooperative, incompetent LADY (other than KATHY) postal clerk who appeared annoyed to be inconvenienced, but gave assurance of today's delivery, advising one could call all evening, (despite our concerns voiced, that they might be closed) if the item fails to have been be delivered. US POST automated phone tracking service confirms that the particular parcel did leave the Lehigh Post office in the morning for delivery. Therefore, the parcel is not any more at the Lehigh Acres Post office. By 20:00 hours on Feb. 28. 2017 this parcel has NOT been delivered. At 19:00 hours, we attempted again to call the post office, though the call was picked up, but aborted by the receiver. This is not the first time, we are experiencing either substantial delays in parcel delivery or complete non delivery/ receipt of parcels. Several of those were send by Amazon or from Amazon vendors but failed to ever arrive. This complaint citing repeated failure to deliver mail/parcels, likely due to incompetent, irresponsible, perhaps fraudulent, postal workers will be escalated to AMAZON, all local TV NEWS stations and papers, as well as the Central US POST office authorities. read more
