The child, that was younger than any of my children relished that he was denying the services as he hinted " might be illegal". No effort was made to hide the inappropriate behavior in front of employees, customers, and my scheduled assistant, I was not provided the services that were the sole purpose of the entire day all the expenses weren't free to me. That was a month ago and now I'm feeling the consequences of his awful choice. The owner is in full support of his employee which is alarming to me as a Stockholder. There are plenty of locations capable of doing the services as advertised on this page. I will never spend another cent at this location and beware if you are handicapped, this kid has a problem with you before you even speak. I will be filing complaints with corporate regardless of the outcome.
