It's a shame you could not trust the USPS anymore. Last couple of months, i have a gadget coming from Germany, and I have been tracking it.. after two weeks or so, it showed that it has reached Livingston Post office. The last entry was "delivered to a mailbox in Livingston." I never received it so I called the local office and made a complaint, and the staff did two follow up calls to me to let me know that they are still investigating. That's the last time I heard from them. Today (July 23rd) a small package addressed to my son was delivered and there was nothing in it. The package was cut open with a blade or knife. There were 3 clean slits on that package, so it was intentionally done. I ran out to catch the mailman and his reply was "i scanned it and it said visible damage." That doesn't resolve the issue... and where does that leave me? Nowhere... except to a conclusion that not even your local post office can be trusted.

Nice people work the counter here!

Worst customer service to get your passport. Staff is mean and aggressive for no reason. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Terrible customer service. Rude and condescending. Lived in Livingston for over 15 years. Hasn't changed. Still bad attitudes all around.

I think we all have pretty low expectations for our experiences at the USPS. The thought of having…read moreto renew and apply for my families passports gave me anxiety. After visiting the Orange USPS and subsequently learning there that their system was "down", I opted for finding a new location to visit given the office in my town does not provide passport services. This Roseland post office is a small location with two windows. When I arrived for my 3pm appointment there was no line (the rep said they were busy with passport services during the day). The young lady at the counter assisted me with 3 renewals and 2 priority mail packages. These transactions went smoothly, without contention. She actually was quite friendly and professional, asking me to attest that statements in my application were accurate. The rep even made recommendations for the best rates to send my packages. She was even kind enough to multitask to assist other customers that came after me with smaller transaction while I completed my documents. The other male rep appeared to be friendly to other customers as well. Welp sorry, Roseland branch your secret is out, it was worth driving the 15 mins from Montclair to take care of my passport services. Simply put they did their job here. That is all we ask as customers.

Review of the Livingston Staples Print & Marketing Services Only:…read more On Monday, I submitted a color print job online earlier in the morning. The Staples website was easy to use for my project and gave me many options to select - type of paper, resolution, etc. I pre-paid so it was just a pick-up (you also have the option to pay at the store). So I've been to many Staples for print jobs like this and most times the experience is similar to a horror movie. Usually a customer in front of me in line is full-on arguing with the Staples associate, and you're just waiting for fist-to-cuffs. In contrast, the Livingston Staples is a good location! Got to give props when props are due - the name tag of the associate who helped me read Conner. When he handed me my prints, he showed me how he separated each batch job with a colored paper page. He was very professional and the prints came out exactly to spec. I would recommend this Staples if you're looking for a place for printing and document services.

He explained warranties, available service agreements and automatic ink delivery options. The store seemed clean and well stocked, with clear and descriptive pricing, things you expect in a retail store but often don't find, but overall it was Vincent who made the shopping experience memorable. If you are training new employees, he should be your model.
