However, the staff insisted that I needed to purchase another box from them, claiming that my packaging was insufficient and that a UPS employee might "steal the package" since there was product branding on the underside. This felt like a blatant upsell tactic, as my package was more than adequately protected. Despite my repeated assurances that my box was sturdy and met all necessary shipping requirements, they continued to pressure me to buy their box, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. I expect better from a reputable company like UPS. Upselling unnecessary products is not only disrespectful to customers but also diminishes trust. I hope this store can improve its practices and focus on genuine customer service rather than pushing unnecessary sales. Attached is the box they refused to accept, you can be the judge.
