I am expecting two packages on was scan on June 25, 2020 for delivery and the other was mailed out July 6, 2020 and was scheduled for delivery on July 8th. I received a notice to pick up my package in my mail and when I went to pick up the package and got it home the package was for my neighbor on the third floor. I was kind enough to deliver the package to my neighbor and angry that neither one of my packages had arrived. I strongly believe that the mail carrier put the notices in the wrong mail box and my neighbors have my packages making it a theft because my name and address is on the packages and they didn't have the common decency to bring them to me. I believe that this post office is incompetent to do their jobs correctly. I want my money back.

The woman who answered the phone (she does not deserve to be called a lady) could not have been ruder. Not only that, but it took three calls to get the phone answered. When she finally did answer, during the course of the conversation, she admitted to me it was a slow morning, which makes me wonder what she was doing that she couldn't answer the phone. In trying to get to the bottom of the matter, she became impatient and hung up on me. I called back 2 times, and she ignored my calls and did not answer. What she did say, is that she had several calls like mine that morning. I did get to the bottom of it and would have called her as a courtesy with an explanation so she would know as a help to other such callers and herself, but didn't bother. (Why should I?)
