    Clerk ID : 05

A large woman that works at the post office with the Clerk ID Number 05 is very unprofessional, rude and aggressive. She is extremely unprofessional and has extremely poor customer service skills. I do not believe she holds the skillset to be a lead clerk operating a post office alone. She kicked me and several other guests out of the store at 12:25 pm today. She was in the middle of a transaction with me when she got up proceeded to kick me and all guests out of the store. One of my packages was in the process to be shipped. I had to open the Mail Drop door at the clerk desk to retrieve my package and collect the rest of my packages to leave the post office. She was irrational and irate and even yelled at me. At 12:20 I walked into the store. A male was shipping off a package. We were the only two guests in the store. When he left. I finished packaging several packages to be shipped. I waited a moment and walked to the clerk desk. When I got to the front she said "next time don't come to the desk until I call you." I assumed that meant she was not ready to service me. So I stepped back to the front of the customer line even tho I was the only guest in store. When I went back to the front of the line she said "You can come now. What do you need? ." I got to the desk and said " I have a few packages to ship off." The clerk asked me to put all my boxes in the delivery drop off door. I told her that I would prefer to do that transactions one at a time to avoid getting packages delivered to the incorrect location. Considering the boxes were identical and this mistake has happened in the past I urged to her that that was not my preferential way of getting the packages shipped and told her that I would prefer to ship them separately. I literally had to beg her to do her job. The 1st QR code was scanned and I got the receipt for the 1st box. I put the second box in the drop off door and she continues to aggressively urge me to put all of my boxes in the drop off box. I declined the offer and she stated that it takes too long to do the transactions one at a time. I was still the only guest in the post office. I tell the clerk that I am on my lunch break and I don't want to go back in forth with her. I even stated " I'm literally begging you to let us do this transaction separately so the boxes don't get mixed up. " I even asked her if there was a manger or someone else that could help me since she didn't not want to ship my packages. She said " no it's a manger at another post office you can go to." She was on some strange power trip. While having this discussion more guest came into the post office. She grew angry got up and started yelling and proceeded to kick me and everyone else out the store. I had to start recording the incident while I grabbed my boxes to leave. I informed the clerk that I was recording her and that I would follow up with filing an incident report to start a formal investigation with the postal service. While I sat in the car the woman continued to fuss at other guests outside of the post office telling them that the post office was closed for the rest of the day even though she put a sign on the door that stated " out for lunch" I believe she only said this to other guests because she did not want me to continue waiting for the postal workers to get off lunch so that I could continue shipping my packages. While I waited a post office delivery man came to drop off packages. She opened the door for him and walked around the plaza to go shopping for lunch. On her "lunch break" she even took the time to record me in the car while I was on the phone with the post office documenting the occurrence to initiate a formal investigation. She even yelled at me from outside the post office while I was on the phone with customer services. This incident is highly alarming. The woman was very aggressive, rude and unprofessional and does not have the skillset to service the public. The woman was so crazy that when I was leaving the post office she slammed the door and said "girl bye". On her " lunch " she took the time to do all of this I assume to intimidate me. It was all totally unacceptable inexcusable behavior. Usps needs to have better discernment when hiring postal workers.

Your employees have a bad attitude rude. They need to go to some orientation classes to help them guide the customers and greet them and not make them feel uncomfortable. When you ask him a question they respond with you with an attitude. I will not go to this place This is the second time I have the same issue. Today is January 7th 4: 20. Pm

They close for lunch time but don't put a return time on their sign. Why don't they take turns taking lunch?

They take 3 hour lunches here. How disappointing.

This place is a joke! They are never opened! The person in charge of this usps facility is a laughing stock. I will report to the main facility about this Usps location. They never have any employees here and they never help anyone out. They take 3 hour lunches?? This is disappointing and sad for the people that live in this area.

Rude teller. Denying me of service

If you need another copy of the application the representatives will help you with that. Just be polite in any language. Please be kind, mature and respectful and everything will work out in the end. Communicate always. Advocate for your needs to all of the employees. If you hear your number and your not ready just let them know. I had a 9:00am appointment and arrived at 8:30am and waited in their lobby. I was done with my appointment at 9:24am. Doors open at 9:00am. Both lobby of legal documents and The full post office opens too if you need cool stamps for your collectors out there. Anyways . Thank you to each of you . You made what could be a stressful appointment really manageable and not stressful at all. My appointment was right before Easter and my representative reminded me of my mother. A hard working woman in a tough job.

I didn't have strong tape to seal the bag so when I showed her and told her why she only looked at me and said " it has to be closed ! " I asked if " she had tape and whether I can use it and seal it right away" . She rolled her eyes and said " close the door! " and I did , she left to get it and came back and said " open it here " . I couldn't believe she would be so bothered by providing minimal help with this. I looked at her coworkers and thought " wow ! " this behavior is acceptable because they are the experts here but if it was the other way around and they were the customers at any establishment where they are not the "experts" then I'm sure this employee would have hoped for the best support from whichever establishment visited. Ultimately, this was my first time choosing to make a return here and the last time. Fed Ex or UPS have had long lines maybe or are further out locations from me to do a return but I'll take a longer commute over coming here where treating others with basic kindness and basic human mutual respect is non existent.

She was fast as lightning there and hasn't gotten any slower over here in Huntington Park. I recommend Erica at the UPS Store in Huntington Park, she will get you on your way and your package too.

We always go as a pair one drives around looking for parking while the other gets down to drop off the package. Wait Time: When I arrived, there were two customers being helped. Surprisingly, there were two employees working (which is rare for such a small store, but maybe because of the holidays). I waited about seven minutes before I was called. After me, about four or five people lined up, so it can get packed quickly. Service: I was just sending out a package related to health insurance. It was super quick. I handed it over, they scanned it, and gave me the receipt sticker. The employee was fine, not rude, but not overly friendly either. Just did the job and said thank you. Store Size & Atmosphere: It's a very small location. A customer was on the side loading a bunch of boxes onto a trolley which made it feel even more crowded. There's also a "For Lease" sign on the side of the building not sure if they're moving or if it's for another unit, but they've been there a long time. Product Quality: I didn't buy anything here, so I can't comment on the store products. Value: I wasn't charged for my shipment (it was covered), so no comment on pricing either. Overall: Quick drop-off, small and busy store, challenging parking, but the wait wasn't bad for me. Good for simple, fast package sending.

I told him the price I was hoping to get, and he told me to come in because they would buy them. When I arrived at the time he told me to come, he wasn't there, so I had to leave and come back later. When I returned, I waited for him to finish a conference before showing him the stamps. Almost immediately when inspecting the stamps, he asked if I had been kicked off Amazon, which caught me off guard. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly laughed at me and at the price I had originally mentioned over the phone. He said he could get stamps for $10 a sheet at the post office, and each time I tried to explain my reasoning, he would laugh, walk away, and then come back to continue the conversation in the same way. He even started speaking in Spanish to customers in the store about me. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. At one point I explained that I was simply trying to sell the stamps so I could go home and visit my dad. His response was, "Oh, to Minnesota, huh?" I also explained that the price I had mentioned was simply my asking price as a reseller, and that I understood a buyer's offer would naturally be different. When he finally made an offer, I politely asked if there was any flexibility. Before I could even finish, he interrupted me and said, "Actually, I wasn't going to offer anything." After I accepted the offer and was paid, I decided to buy a couple sheets of stamps. As I handed over the cash he had just given me moments earlier, he told his employee, "Make sure to check for counterfeit." That comment was especially uncomfortable because I was using the exact cash he had just handed me. I completely understand that businesses are free to make whatever offer they think is fair, and I have no issue negotiating or even walking away if we can't agree on a price. What bothered me wasn't the offer--it was the way I was treated throughout the interaction. I expected a professional conversation, not to be laughed at, interrupted, or made to feel embarrassed. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.
