Parking: There's no dedicated parking for this UPS Store on Figueroa. Only metered parking on the street, and it's usually hard to find a spot. We always go as a pair one drives around looking for parking while the other gets down to drop off the package. Wait Time: When I arrived, there were two customers being helped. Surprisingly, there were two employees working (which is rare for such a small store, but maybe because of the holidays). I waited about seven minutes before I was called. After me, about four or five people lined up, so it can get packed quickly. Service: I was just sending out a package related to health insurance. It was super quick. I handed it over, they scanned it, and gave me the receipt sticker. The employee was fine, not rude, but not overly friendly either. Just did the job and said thank you. Store Size & Atmosphere: It's a very small location. A customer was on the side loading a bunch of boxes onto a trolley which made it feel even more crowded. There's also a "For Lease" sign on the side of the building not sure if they're moving or if it's for another unit, but they've been there a long time. Product Quality: I didn't buy anything here, so I can't comment on the store products. Value: I wasn't charged for my shipment (it was covered), so no comment on pricing either. Overall: Quick drop-off, small and busy store, challenging parking, but the wait wasn't bad for me. Good for simple, fast package sending. read more

I've actually come to this place a lot. Im either dropping off or pick up items from here. Every time I go in the guys that work there are always down to earth, real cool and professional. they are really quick getting people in and out . (Keeping the line moving ) and I've noticed that they take their time when there's a person that needs a little extra help. (Really cool) It's actually a really good facility. They do a good job to have a lot of supplies. They have a lot of options for almost any package and their prices are actually really good.. All in all, I have to give them five stars without question because they do a good job and they know what they're doing. I've been into this UPS location several times and have always been helped so fast and with a friendly attitude. I don't remember the names of the usual people I drop off packages to, but today the owner Ed helped me ship a next day parcel and was very kindly explaining all the options. I have been to UPS franchises where they treat you terribly so will always prioritize visiting this one instead. They have more printing and business products here now too that I plan to check out! Parking is always easy on the side street, or sometimes the parking lot but not sure if it's allowed. read more

This place has horrible parking. It's a very difficult location to visit. There's enough space out front for 2 cars, maybe 3. PROS: - dropped off my prestamped packages and got a receipt quickly CONS: - parking is awful, there is no. The worst UPS store I have ever been to. I tried to give this place multiple chances but it's always the same. Terrible customer service. I had a business mailbox here at one point but they refused to hold packages for me while I was out of town on business. The manager agreed to refund me after I complained. What's the point of spending nearly $400 on a business mailbox if they can't hold your packages while you're away on business? Today, I had a bunch of returns. The associate seemed annoyed that I was at a UPS drop off location to drop off UPS packages... go figure. While he was processing my returns you could hear another associate in the back yelling profanities (side eye). From the associates to the manager, this UPS store is ghetto. read more

Came here on a Wednesday Afternoon to get a document notarized. Coming in there's a couple of people waiting in line to get their documents notarized. I wanted to get my lease notarized because I'm hoping to pick up my car this weekend. However coming to the front, the guy notarizing the papers was not nice. I only received the acknowledgment form from the dealer and the notary person was being rude and raising his voice at me saying "what is this for?" I told him it was for me to let the dealership know I signed the papers. While I was trying to explain the situation, he cut me off and goes "what am I suppose to do with this?!" I explained to him that my bad on that however he kept going on this explanation while raising his voice at me in front of other people in the store that he couldn't do anything about it. I literally was trying to be nice to him but he was being rude and unprofessional. Maybe he had a bad day, however he shouldn't take that out on a customer trying to obtain services. read more

The bold guy who I assume is the owner is HORRIBLE. A real jerk in attitude. His customer service is terrible. He does not even offer email options to send your packing slip to print. and Pricing!!!! oh no! he charges $2 to print the shipping sleep where next door UPS in half a mile charges a $1. I asked to put Handle with care and Fragile Tape on the box..he said I do not have because people do not pay for it? Seriously???????????? was that a morning joke? I left next door UPS treated me with respect and took care of my box as a fragile package and put all the proper tape with asking for money. I do a lot of shipping and receiving for my company. In fact, I stop here almost every work day. It's a good place to have a mail box if you receive a lot of packages and need someone to be there to sign for them. The guys are really good about getting me in and out of there. I feel part of it is because they do a good job the other part is they want me the hell out of there, and that's fine. I'm there for business and and they do that well. This is not the place for friendly banter. As for the prices... they are expensive. If you need a big box this is going to be $10 more than if you drive 5 more minutes to Maple Ave where there are lots of places that sell boxes and the like. They also charge for taping so bring your own tape of buy it some place else. Regular packing tape is around five bucks. read more
