I made multiple trips to send packages and probably paid upwards of $125 to send packages. One of the people I was working with seemed not to know or care about what they were doing. I had asked to have some styro-foam filler or packing added to a box to fill in so things would not move around. Not to have someone pack the box for me. Every time I sent packages through this store, this was not a big deal. Another person, when I asked to get some packing to fill the box I had prepared, seemed very nasty. She kept telling the person at the register "make sure he is charged", "make sure he gets charged". She must have said this two or three times. I did not see her do this to anyone else that was having packages sent. All I was asking is to fill the box with styro-foam filler, so things did not move around in the box, not for the service of packing, and I was charged an extra $14 for the packing. If there was a small charge, fine. But, definitely should not have cost $14. A $1 or $2 charge for some styro-foam packing is not the same as a $14 packing service which I didn't ask for. The next day I came back to send a package and worked with someone different, and things were more along the line of what I had experienced before. They said they would add some styro-foam or other packing to the box. The next time I came back to send my final package, I had wrapped the breakable in it myself. I ended up, unfortunately, being waited on by the lady that had previously said "makes sure he gets charged" multiple times. I explained where I wanted it to send and she taped up the box as is with no styro-foam or other packing that had been offered in the past. She didn't even ask if I would like to have additional packing. I am not sure what this lady's problem with me was, but she just seemed to have a personal grudge against me, like she got away with something. Other CSR's I have worked with at this particular store have always been pleasant. I even saw a difference in attitude with other customers the days that I brought packages in. These experiences were so disappointing. I am really going to be unhappy if something in my package gets broke. It seems like customer service is just a think of the past. Maybe I should consider FedEx or DHS for a more pleasant experience.

You call and Uber they can tell you were that car is and when it will be to you. You order an item from Amazon and it is there, sometimes, by the end of the day. I get images of my mail for the USPS every day. At no point did anyone at FedEx have any idea (and they still don't) where my package was or is right now and to be honest, no one was particularly concerned about it despite the high stakes on my end. EXTREMELY poor communication. Read on if you want my full experience. I attempted to send a package via FedEx. My daughter needed her passport to get hired for her internship in Chicago. My daughter has to have her passport to complete her I-9 or she will lose her internship and we have a lease on an apt in Chicago for the summer. She is adopted from China, she does not have a US birth certificate. This is the only proof of citizenship we have. Her social security card cannot be used. I paid $60 for FedEx to have it there by 12:20 the next day. When it was showing the next morning on the tracking that it was still in Louisville (still showing in Louisville), I called and they said it was out for delivery in Chicago. When it was not there by 1:00, I called and they said that there was a delay, and it would be upgraded and driver would be made aware that it had to be delivered by 5:00. I was given a number for the priority ticket that had been submitted and was informed I would hear from FedEx with updates. I received none. When it was not there by 4:30, I called again. Still showing in Louisville. The FedEx employ, all at call centers outside of US, informed me it was still in Louisville. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also informed me it had not left Louisville. After several minutes, I was informed that it was at a warehouse. I drove to the warehouse with the intension of driving it the 10 hrs to Chicago the next day. Once at the FedEx warehouse, I was told it was on a truck to Indy (due to weather--we did not have bad weather), that it was still at the FedEx store on Hurstbourne where I originally submitted it, and then that it was at the warehouse. After an hour wait, they still had no idea where it was. I had to leave to go teach a night class. I returned at 9:00pm. No one had called me to let me know if they could or could not find it. I was told a supervisor would call me. I have not heard from any as of 10:00am today. I have started the claim process which looks like it will be a long painful one for me. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone who knows what is going on and when I went to a local FedEx store, they told me they could not help me, and I need to call the 1-800 call center. USE FEDEX AT YOUR OWN RISK.

When I asked to speak with a manager to understand what was going on, a manager named Justin wouldn't even answer my question and instead came out and made about how everyone was supposed to be separated into two groups and sitting in different areas. No sign! He was rude, condescending, and treated everyone in that room like a child that had misbehaved. I've been going to that office for years and that's the worst experience I've ever had! I ordered my license in January 2023 on their website and didn't get them until July. My life is very busy so I forgot about it. My license expired at the end of January. Made an morning appointment in June to get my license. Soon as I walk in the place the shananagins started. They had us who were paying with credit cards to leave the main building to go to the smaller building across the parking lot. When we arrived there were only a few people in there, so we assumed we would be in and out. That didn't happen. They had two clerks in this cramp trailer. More people came after us ,and theses clerks were slower than an old feeble turtle. They had people cutting in front us and very unorganized. We sat around with sad angry faces. Near closing time and hadn't seen the clerk, another employee escorted us back to the main building. The main building is empty and got waited on finally. The clerk and supervisor blamed me for waiting over thirty days to follow on there error. They blamed the post office and charged extra and told me I had wait to get my temporary and real license in the mail. Desperate to drive with expired license and getting fined by the police paid again. The supervisor was incompetent and didn't know her job and the clerk played games. He pretended to go check returned mail from January and couldn't find my license. The supervisor was making up things. I let them know I would be going their heads. The clerk was beginning me not to. Leaving to walk to the parking lot a major bad storm started up. Heavy rain, thunder and heavy winds destroyed umbrellas and we ended up getting soaked. This was very symbolic of the service we got that day. In the end I ended up getting two temporary and two real licenses in the mail. This place need a major overall or close it down. This place is ghetto in every way.
