I frequent this location for dropping off Amazon returns, but this was the first time I used the UPS Store for a copy/print job. I will never go anywhere else! The project was creating a program for my mother's funeral service. Jaron was especially kind and helpful. I needed files resized and adjustments made to the layout which Jaron executed brilliantly. He was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. He happily made adjustments until everything was perfect and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. The customer service he provided was outstanding. He took the stress and worry out of a not-so-pleasant task and for that I am very grateful. read more

This store is not good. They made a shipment error and did not stand behind the order to correct the order. The store manager was a jerk and was not helpful. He said I was on my own to make a claim. Go somewhere else to ship packages. read more

I was concerned when a new owner bought the UPS shipping store I had used for over 10 years in my neighborhood. But the new owner (Joseph) and his staff are very efficient and friendly, and they have done a good job since taking over this store. I also use this store for shredding and copies. On the rare occasion I require a UPS store, this is the location closest to me so I use it perhaps once a year. This time, I had merchandise to return. I had already packaged it, weighed it, and printed a label at home, so the only thing I'd need to do was drop off the package for shipping since it would be less expensive than a pickup (which would have run nearly equal in cost to the shipping cost itself). As it was late morning/early afternoon, the business was somewhat busy, but two employees were on-duty, therefore I was served almost the moment I walked in the door. I was promptly and politely greeted; the package was double-checked for security; a receipt was printed for my records; I was told the UPS truck would pick it up that evening before they closed. That was it and I was on my way. I wish I could offer more information, but as I said, it was a basic transaction. The tracking shows the package is nearly at its' destination, so thus far, things are going well. Should I need to ship a package again, I will weigh the costs between UPS and the USPS as I always do, and if the package isn't too heavy and I go with UPS, this will be my drop-off place. read more

My first Yelp Review: I kept seeing the low star rating for this store and it didn't bode well with me. While I've only been there a handful of times during the past couple of years, I must praise the one guy who just seems to want to help in a professional, kind and speedy way every time I've gone in there. He was able to answer all of my questions and was super fast to help the next person in line. I appreciate the efficiency since I'm usually in a hurry for no reason. I hate this store, they never have any idea what they're doing and take their sweet ass time like everyone wants to be in here all day. I waited in line for 15 mins one time and asked for a return label but I didn't know the right way to ask and the guy just acted like I was an idiot. I left the store and had to wait 15more minutes just to do it all over again. Go to any ups store but this one. read more

I have worked with this UPS Store for multiple personal shipments and even more business needs such as printing posters and booklets. The staff is extremely fast in response and the owner goes out of his way to get things exactly the way I need them. it's excellent working with them and I will continue to do so. read more

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Keith, the employee that placed tape on my box, and printed my PREPAID shipping label, then charged me!!! I've needed to ship items back to Amazon from time to time at different stores, and they NEVER charged me. I know, it was a very small fee, but the point is that everything was paid for, it wasn't like I had to make them make a box!! I will definitely find a different UPS store next time! read more

I come by here every once in a while when I have something to ship, because I really like being walked through the process. I'm always paranoid I'm doing something wrong when it comes to shipping packages, but the folks at the UPS store always reassure me! I always leave this location with a smile on my face because the customer service is just the best of the best. I received an order I bought from Amazon on Friday afternoon. I carefully unpacked the item and tried to use it. After several attempts I call the manufacturer to see if I was doing something wrong. After trying several things the csr suggested, with on success they decided I must have a defective item. I called Amazon. They issued me a credit and set up a pickup to this product for Monday. This is not a very big apartment and I was listening for a knock all day. Around 4:00pm I went to take out for a walk. I opened the door and there as a shipping label and a tag saying "attempt to pick up". NO ONE EVER KNOCKED AT THE DOOR! I called ups and they told me they could only schedule a second pickup if I prepaid a $11.89 pickup charge. Aaaah......NO. I called Amazon. They arraigned for ups to pickup tomorrow at no cost to me. I asked if they could request that UPS person actually knock this time. Call me cynical but it sure sounds like a great way for UPS to make a little extra money. read more

I have never had to write a bad review. However, I feel that this is the only way to do my destroyed television justice since it is not being replaced. First off, I was shipping my flat screen television. A pretty large one at that, and yes I know I made a risk by shipping a television in general, so that is why I took extra precautions to getting my television there safely. I bought so much bubble wrap, that there was no way for it to get destroyed unless it was just tossed on its face (the employees even said that they had never seen a television that bubble wrapped and there was no way it would get destroyed unless someone just did not care and threw it), I also bought foam corners for the television. The box that I bought was a standard television box from Home Depot and had been taped, glued, and taped some more. I only bought insurance for loss of package because the employees said there was absolutely no way for it to be broken (this I will admit was a mistake on my part for taking someone else's advice.) I shipped my television from Louisville, KY to Los Angeles, CA. Now I will list exactly how my television was delivered. 1. My apartment complex is gated so the delivery person had to be let in to give me my package and signed by me because management does not accept packages on our behalf. However, I was not there to let the delivery person in and my television was left outside my door. When my family looked online it said that I had signed for it when I clearly did not and had been shopping during the time it was delivered. 2. When I opened it up it was completely shattered on the front screen, and even the back was bent up like someone had stepped on it or kicked it. 3. When I called claims (they were not the local UPS employees), they were extremely nice and apologized for my damaged package. They were going to send over a person to look at my television but since it was so damaged, with broken glass everywhere (I also cut my foot a couple times because there was so much broken glass but that is besides the point) ,and I had to completely rip apart the box to get to my television out because of all the tape and glue, they had me send it pictures instead of coming since my television could not fit back in my box. 4. I sent the pictures in and they told me to contact my sender. 5. When I called the next day, the person I spoke to, I believe his name was Mike, said that since my box was not up to standards of the UPS store that they could not do anything. My heart sank to my stomach, because I was now left with a shattered flatscreen television, a headache from the process, and a couple cuts from broken glass. Every time I would ask him if there was anything they could do he kept saying my box was not up to standards. My question is that if my box was not up to standards, and your company ships boxes every day and would know what boxes are and are not up to standard and also that the employees saw that the box we brought in and that we were making it smaller to get a lower estimate, why when we were in there for 30 minutes and my step dad was breaking the box down, did they not mention to us that my box was not up to code. I would have been happy to have bought a new box from the UPS store to get my television here safely. Also, the pictures that I had to send in were pictures of my television in my box, but of course those pictures made my box look terrible because I had to tear it completely apart. Also I never signed for my package so I could have easily just said that my package never arrived, but I thought the best thing to do would be to contact the company because the 2 employees that helped me ship my package here were quite nice and helpful. When I asked Mike if I could resubmit a claim and actually have someone come to my apartment and look at my package, he kept saying "your box is not up to standards" every time I would ask or say something new. This really upset me because I have usually always shipped through UPS and never had a problem with them. After having my $800.00 (I cannot remember the exact amount but I know it was expensive) television destroyed that my mother just got done paying off, I do not think I will ever go through UPS again. I would rather pay extra to go through someone else. At this point it is not even the television, because if anything they could have reimbursed me for the shipping costs, it is the fact that nothing was done to help me with my television. I have never shipped a big item and now I do not know if I ever will. I hate that I had to write a bad review because the 2 employees that helped me ship my television are the only reason I even rated it 1 star because they were so helpful. read more
