Normally when I go to this location the customer service is exceptional. However, this year the customer service was very much disappointing. I made multiple trips to send packages and probably paid upwards of $125 to send packages. One of the people I was working with seemed not to know or care about what they were doing. I had asked to have some styro-foam filler or packing added to a box to fill in so things would not move around. Not to have someone pack the box for me. Every time I sent packages through this store, this was not a big deal. Another person, when I asked to get some packing to fill the box I had prepared, seemed very nasty. She kept telling the person at the register "make sure he is charged", "make sure he gets charged". She must have said this two or three times. I did not see her do this to anyone else that was having packages sent. All I was asking is to fill the box with styro-foam filler, so things did not move around in the box, not for the service of packing, and I was charged an extra $14 for the packing. If there was a small charge, fine. But, definitely should not have cost $14. A $1 or $2 charge for some styro-foam packing is not the same as a $14 packing service which I didn't ask for. The next day I came back to send a package and worked with someone different, and things were more along the line of what I had experienced before. They said they would add some styro-foam or other packing to the box. The next time I came back to send my final package, I had wrapped the breakable in it myself. I ended up, unfortunately, being waited on by the lady that had previously said "makes sure he gets charged" multiple times. I explained where I wanted it to send and she taped up the box as is with no styro-foam or other packing that had been offered in the past. She didn't even ask if I would like to have additional packing. I am not sure what this lady's problem with me was, but she just seemed to have a personal grudge against me, like she got away with something. Other CSR's I have worked with at this particular store have always been pleasant. I even saw a difference in attitude with other customers the days that I brought packages in. These experiences were so disappointing. I am really going to be unhappy if something in my package gets broke. It seems like customer service is just a think of the past. Maybe I should consider FedEx or DHS for a more pleasant experience. read more

The employees are always knowledgeable about the ins and outs of shipping packages. They're patient and professional with everyone. I've mailed packages, sent returns, made copies, and faxed documents. This type of service is priceless. read more

I have to give a High Five to this location of The UPS Store. During a time that is absolutely insane and nothing is reliable, The UPS Store has been the one thing I've been able to rely on for getting our Christmas packages delivered. While USPS is performing worse than a cholesterol-clogged artery, these guys have been On Their Game. I had a couple last-minute packages I needed to ship to Michigan. With the current menagerie that is USPS, I really didn't want to leave anything to chance, knowing it recently took 2 1/2 to get a package to me in Louisville from Chicago. I packaged up the gifts and headed there on Friday. I walked in the door to absolutely no wait, gave Jordan the addresses for the packages, paid, and I was out the door. Less than 10 minutes. This is pretty much the experience every time I've had to ship something in the last 4 years. The staff is always pleasant, doesn't mind me asking questions, and before I know it I'm out the door to my next errand. read more

Pretty quick service. Apparently there is a new employee that needed some guidance from the guy that was waiting on me but it was ok, still in and out pretty quickly. My packages are on their way to their destinations. My beef is with another customer that decided to park their vehicle in the driving lane with their flashers on in lieu of parking in the lot. It is not the store's fault, this individual just thinks they are better than others or just lazy. I will use this store again in spite of the pompous a$$. read more

I purchased a PO Box UPS store in stony brook shopping center on Taylorsville Road back in January 29th for3 months and the lady at UPS store at the front desk said the lock has be changed so it be few days and I went back week later they did not fix it so waiting for 3 hours before place open so get my mail I think I spoke to manager a young guy and told I can't get access to my PO Box so he said he will take care of it 2 weeks went by so i went on Sunday February 18 around 8 Am to get my mail the key don't work so it's been 3 weeks they didn't fix it. Still can't access my PO Box three weeks. That's why I gave him one star. Bad customer service. I hope the manager looked at this and he fixes the problem or I'm gonna leave more nastier comments on yelp. read more

I feel really good to be able to go to this UPS store. everyone who works there is extremely fast, highly efficient and very friendly. The owner often is found in the store working hard. The speed at which they mail packages and letters suggests that the federal government should allow them to take over USPS. There is no reason to go anywhere else for packaging needs. There's often not a line and even if there is a line it moves much faster than at the post office. read more

Lucky enough to find this location was open on Sunday so I could get something out quickly. Addison was amazing, packaged the fragile items with care and explained the different costs of shopping options. I've never had customer service at an UPS STORE comparable to this location. This isn't the most convenient location to my home, but the customer service I received there has made this my new "home" store. It's worth driving out of the way to be treated so well. read more

Went in to get my will notarized and they said they couldn't do it. Even though it says "notary services" on the windows and the location website says they can notarize wills. It's very misleading and now I have to go on a hunt for no reason. Please modify the website and/or the window stickers. read more

Very disappointed by this retail location. My package was taken here because it wasn't able to be delivered Thursday (11/10/16). The following day(Friday 11/11/16) I called to get the store hours and was informed this location is open until 7pm. I knew I would be pressed for time trying to get there because I didn't get off work until 6:30pm. Luckily I arrived at 6:50pm but to my surprise the store was already closed. I could see two employees inside and when I took my phone out to take pictures they tried to hide behind the counter. This is VERY bad for business especially right before the holidays and would hope those employees would have to find work elsewhere. I have uploaded pictures as well to show proof. read more
