    I called multiple times yesterday. I placed the order with the understanding that UPS was to ship. Vendor's warehouse changed it to FedEx. Address is correct, store was open and busy. Lies from the drivers. Vendor has lost $700 sale. FedEx is useless. All they do is promise, they do NOT deliver.

    These were dropped near the road.  Sometimes they're left under the mailbox right at the roadside.  My house is over the hill in back.

    I've ordered a lot of deliveries and previously hadn't had many issues with FedEx -- just something minor every now and then. However, in the past couple months suddenly all deliveries are being dumped near the road where they can be stolen or damaged by weather. My driveway  is about a tenth of a mile long, and I could understand not delivering on a snowy day, but most days it's completely clear. The issue appears to be that FedEx can't be bothered to drive the last tenth of a mile and wants me to do that part of the job. Since I don't have time for missing "delivered" boxes and watching my phone or email like a hawk to run out and get a box before it's stolen, I'm simply discontinuing deliveries and will pick needed items up at a store when I'm out. I've let the vendors know that FedEx is why I stopped buying from them.

    Was attempting to drop a Fed Ex package for business account. They don't accept these which is fine. What was not okay was the horribly rude and unprofessional attitudes of employees. Encountered two and both barely even spoke. No killing these two with kindness. Geez...if you hate the public that much find a new job!

That's with us throwing boxes and items in four loads worth of cars to save time. the price I expected to pay at the time of booking ended being only a quarter of the cost I paid. and then they encouraged us to tip them on top of it. They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

From the sleazy "used car salesman" approach by multiple employees when setting up the appointment to the complete lack of respect and disregard shown in canceling my appointment on the day of my scheduled move. Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

    I very seldom take the time to sit down and write a review. However, When I have a great experience…read moreor a really bad or costly experience, I feel obligated to let other consumers know about it. We had sold our 6000 SF home and purchased another home in an attempt to downsize. The smaller home was slated for an extensive remodel; therefore, we would need to store all of our worldly possessions. Being from Nashville, I interviewed several moving companies. I discussed in detail all important concerns while I conducted a walk thru so the potential movers could see the items of concern. We have traveled all over the world collecting "one of a kind" furnishings, art and collectibles ie antique silver service items, rare silver flatware, ext. We also have moved house many times in the past. We have worked with some very impressive moving companies which maintain extremely high standards and reputations in the industry. So, I certainly understand the huge degree of time and money that is involved when orchestrating the preparation, transporting and storage with this kind of inventory. Unfortunately, The problems began to occur when Arrow Moving and Company did not grasp this same insight or philosophy. Because, we still have a home in Nashville, we frequently would not be present when Arrow Moving (Henry, Owner) would be packing our house up for the move. Consequently, we weren't aware of how disorganized and ill prepared they were until we were quickly approaching our deadline. Therefore, items were hastily wrapped or not wrapped at all. Things were broken and lost. As time passed, my designer and I had to visit the warehouse to start retrieving some of our furnishing. When we arrived unexpectedly, We were stunned by the condition of the the contents. First, our furnishing were to be store in "climate control" conditions (listed in the contract). They were not. It was close to 90 degrees with 80 percent humidity inside the building. My life's collection of furnishings and keepsakes were stacked/piled up helter- skelter with very little regard for the items well being. Furthermore, my things were mixed in with the other clients belongings and vice versa. Boxes stacked on very expensive tables and chests. Just to be perfectly clear, these guys are not a "discount" service company. Quite the opposite. When all was said and done, this decision costs us upward toward $20,000. The proverbial "icing on the cake" was a very large box containing my 30 years of antique silver collection disappeared without a trace. I discussed this with Henry repeatedly. He assured me it would surface and we should all keep looking before jumping to conclusions. After, several months of this type dialogue, it was apparent, the silver was gone. At which point, Henry informed me my "insurance coverage period" was no longer in effect. Long story with maybe too many words. However, if these details ring true enough to keep one person from making this very very bad and costly decision.... Then, it's been worth the time and energy! Thank you, Gina Brunetti
