My time and money was wasted TWICE because the first time I went to inquire about shipping a personal gift to someone internationally, he told me that absolutely NO packages are allowed to be shipped out of the USA and no packages are allowed to be received in the USA from foreign countries - no exceptions. I went home and researched and found ZERO information making any such claims, so I went back a second time and again "Paul" was RUDE and became HOSTILE and tried handing me an unofficial photocopy of something showing restrictions on shipping. I said that photocopy was nothing "official" with verifiable reference, and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was a young kid that looked like a deer staring into oncoming headlights. This supervisor had no idea what I was talking about and obviously had no idea the people he's supervising are turning people away from doing business there, and being RUDE and HOSTILE towards people just wanting to ship a gift overseas. The supervisor excused himself to go and do some research and after about five minutes came back and said he found no such restrictions on shipping in or out of the USA and gave me a form to fill out. At first the supervisor said perhaps the restriction is because I wanted to ship an old Palm Pilot and it has a battery in it. WRONG! Yes, the package needs to indicate it HAS a battery in there, but it no different than sending a cell phone or hand-held game. Ugh, it just SUCKS that we DEPEND on these people to KNOW what the rules and restrictions are, and I know there are many, but they need to KNOW what they are talking about and be able to back it up with verifiable, OFFICIAL documentation, and no matter what, don't be RUDE and HOSTILE towards someone that just wants to get information and do some business with them. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, trouble, and money - go somewhere else and hopefully "Paul" will just retire and it sounds like he's a perpetual BAD customer service representative and should be FIRED!

Those folks who have a PMB (personal mail box) and receive packages will get notices in their box. Since I'm one of them I know that PMB customers form a line on the left. Since we are picking up our packages one of the staff will step aside to assist us. We are not cutting in line! Amazon returns form the line on the right. There is an Amazon checkout kiosk that is fast and easy. If no one is using it. Do yourself a favor and use it. You'll be in and out in no time. Unless.... You have misread the rules for your return. Moral? Understand your return. For all of the people waiting in a line out the door being rude does not help anyone. Like I said, the staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. But they can only take one person at a time.

One time she refused to send a package because she didn't like the label, I went to the other post office same label and they sent it and it was delivered fine. Second time I came in close to closing ran in with a smile cause I had just rushed from a 10hr shift to make it in time.
