Transaction done, right? Wrong! Wrong because you've left your pencil case (for lack of a better term) behind but you don't realize it until you're outside San Francisco and you really can't go back. So you call. And guess what, they have your pencil case that holds all your pencils and that one super special pen that you "don't leave home without." How do they get it back to you? I have no…read moreidea why, because we have used Shore-Pro several times during the past twenty years or so and have always gotten excellent, prompt, polite service from them. In my opinion they are the go-to if you have flooding damage, need your carpets cleaned, etc. Our house flooded and they came and sucked out as much moisture as they could, and then supplied big fans to dry it out. Also gave us plenty of free advice about preventing mold from growing after the flood.

Not a very comfortable conversation for a woman in her 30s. Maybe if your male you will fare better? 3. Literally sewed the laces into one of the repairs and didn't notice. When I took it back he didn't actually believe me and spend a good deal of time tugging on the lace expecting it to just come out. He did fix it for no charge but this indicates to me that he isn't very careful as he is working and doesn't check the work when he is done. 4. "Re-heeled" two of my pairs of boots. I specifically took them in because this is one of the only hiking shoes that Lowa doesn't replace the sole on. He said it could easily be done. hooray! After just two weeks the heel began to separate. I'm hoping it doesn't go any further. I bought some shoe goo to repair myself as I'd rather not go back again. 5. Repairs don't look good. If you have a nice pair of shoes I would suggest going elsewhere. Thankfully the boots I took in don't need to look good but in doing the re-heeling he scuffed up all sorts of things and the lines are super wonky. 5. Posted hours are incorrect and I get the feeling he just works when he wants to.
