Looked over 3 highly rated companies on Yelp for an estimate. All I was looking for was an estimate. Contacted the first two companies. With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. The problem turned out to be the capacitor and was replaced quickly at a very reasonable price. Throughout the replacement, Josh gave me an quick oversite of the furnace itself which was educating. Should I need any furnace repair in the future, I without any hesitation, will contact Adams once again!

He came the very next morning with his awesome crew to assess and clean our duct work. They were very respectful and clean and wore booties, even put booties on the vacuum wheels so it did not get my floors wet since it was raining outside. The owner is not an upsell guy, he will only make recommendations if he sees any issues, which I appreciate. I will definitely have him come back when the weather dries up a bit to add straps to my ducts that were touching the ground. He deserves more then 5 stars, and the young men that work for him are awesome, they explained everything they were doing and showed me before and after pictures which they will email me copies later today. We hired Hanson Heating and Air for the job and they did an outstanding job! Unfortunately, shortly thereafter, we started to have problems with the air conditioning unit. ALL of the staff, from those taking the calls to the technicians coming out, were extremely helpful. While the situation was a bit aggravating, with repeated attempts to repair the unit, the fact we knew Will and everyone at Hanson Heating and Air would take care of us made the process easier to navigate and deal with. In the end, Hanson Heating and Air replaced the unit. It would not surprise me if they did so at a loss, but it was clear they wanted to make sure we were happy. You are making a mistake if you go to anyone else for your heating and air conditioner needs!
