I had my caregiver pick up my resale tax documents that I had emailed to the store for Printing as a PDF. I just received it back after my caregiver finished his shopping trip to Ukiah. It is completely printed off of the page. I have to submit this document to a public entity to qualify for a program I belong to that gets reviewed every year. I called to complain, and someone named Yori told me I was swearing because I told her it was unacceptable and looked it like S--t. I asked to reprint it for free and that the other copy would be returned. This is the UPS store and they can't even print a PDF document. Unbelivable! This is not the 1st time I have had problems with this store being unable to do a simple printing job. Since I do not have room for nor own a printer I am stuck. read more

Since there are no UPS stores in Mendocino county and my package had to be sent from a UPS Store I made the journey to Cloverdale and I was happy I did. I had a strangely shape item to ship and it was heavy. Being that it is a product under warranty the cost was to be bourn by the manufacturer. It wasn't cheap. The young man behind the counter handled my needs and as time went on and he needed to continue communicating with the manufacturer other customers walked in. He was great at multitasking and handled all the incoming costumers as well as dealing with my needs. Hat tip to the young gentleman , 10/10 would do It again. read more

Paid over $75 to ship a small box and a padded envelope to Seattle. Estimated delivery time was two days. Actual delivery time was eight days. I went to complain and was told to call UPS. I told the manager that they contract with UPS and I paid them to ship. His snarky response was "I don't have your money in my pocket." read more

I went to this UPS location for the first time to ship a package. (Mind you I used to work for Mail boxes etc back in the day). I wanted to put my shipment in a envelope but none were offered that were big enough. The person working there asked me if she could help me. And she did, she was very nice and helpful. But she never once told me There would be a $6 charge to help me. Which was basically picking a box that was bigger than I needed and taping it closed. It was $6 for the box and another $6 for her help. My advice to all UPS workers is to tell your clients there is a charge for the help. Because asking if you can help and then charging a unbeknownst fee is just bad form. I was prepared to pay for the box and could have taped it at home had I known they would be charging me. read more

Went in to ship 3 8x10 picture frames. Nothing expensive. They were like $12 frames. These people wanted me to pay $91 for the boxes to pack them in!! THAT DID NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING!! I recently went there 2 times. Both were bad. The older employee was rude both times. She didn't like the way I was wearing my mask and insisted that I adjust it. Obviously rude and demanding. The first time I was there she couldn't help me. I would rather go to Healdsburg than go to this store. I expect to be treated better. I had a package delivered here less than 24 hours ago. I asked the UPS from Ukiah if they could leave the package at my door and they said it required a signature and that they wouldn't be able to. Best thing they could do was leave at this "franchise." No biggie, I was charged $5 to pick up the package, (the package is 2"x2"x1" a couple of earrings). Called UPS customer service and they said they had no control over their marketing strategy and costs which still doesn't make sense to me. I recently had a package go missing from UPS in Cloverdale. They were supposed to have USPS pick it up from their office, but after speaking with USPS, there was no package there to pick up. Only UPS knew what was in the package, and as it was an expensive item, I worry it might have been stolen. I'm very disappointed in this service and will not be using UPS in Cloverdale again. read more

This is a great shipping/mailing location. They are super friendly, have great customer service and will give you the options for the best way to ship! Even over the holidays when I know their jobs are stressful, they were still on top of their game and polite.
