As soon as I made my 1st order I was handed off to one person after another after another. Which would not be a problem if the items I ordered arrived anywhere near the time frame they promised. The prices were better than most so I tried to stick with it. Well then my account manager of hardly no time at all convinced me to sign up for "the vault" where you lock in discount pricing for 6 months (who knows what happens after that and they could not tell me!) I put my order in and all over the website it says Free Next Day Shipping. Well I made my order at 3pm on Monday. Tuesday goes by, no paper. Wednesday goes by, no paper. Thursday I call to check on the delivery. I was told that "The Vault" reps tried to reach me to confirm my order Tuesday. Why? I had been a customer for several months and confirmed all my information online when I had to re-enter everything for "The Vault." I was also told that they did not get the order in until Wednesday afternoon due to "The Vault" reps being bogged down. What?! From there I was promised that the paper would be here Thursday. Friday comes around the office is almost completely out of paper. I call and I'm told that I signed for the package at 4:01 AM Friday morning! Well that's news to me... I work 9am-5pm hours!!!! I was asleep at 4:01am Friday morning! They kept insisting that I had this paper and I signed for it! WOW! Eventually they said that they would re-ship the paper and not charge us extra. How can you charge us for something we never received? We still have the invoice that they sent immediatly after I placed the order. They did not need my confirmation to bill for for it. Why did they need my confirmation to put the order in. When I asked what were they going to do to compensate for the situation a discount on our next order... anything, seeing as how now we have to go buy paper until the order gets here on Monday (if it came on Monday which I highly doubt it would have). He said we can credit your account back and not send you any paper if that's what you would like. Yep, go ahead and do that! You just lost a customer!

My boyfriend bought me a expensive gift for Christmas and it had a couple of defects so I took it…read moreto Mail n More to have it returned to be fixed. That was December 28, 2023. After about 3 weeks of it still not shipping I called the store. I was very rudely told that it wasn't there and USPS refuses to scan items they pick up. I asked who did the pickup and was told they won't ever give them names either. I then asked who signed the manifest and was told that they don't keep one and that I needed to contact USPS which I did and was told that if it was picked up and not scanned there it would have been scanned in Macon already and in Atlanta. I called Mail n More again and asked them to please check for me and make sure it wasn't dropped or placed somewhere else there and was very rudely told that they have cleaners everyday and if it was there someone would have found it and that USPS had lost it. USPS stated that this isn't the first issue they have had with this business so now 2 months later my package still shows a label created and looks like it never left Mail n More. I have no idea what to do next other than NEVER use this business again. I wish I had just kept the defective item but it was expensive and I was hoping to get it replaced.

If you need to ship things, I recommend coming right at opening!! I was only here for less than 10 minutes but there was already a line of 5+ people as I was leaving. I also recommend writing down the names/addresses you're shipping items to on a paper in order to make it quicker and easier for the employee. For COVID, the employees are wearing masks, there's a divider between you and the employee, and there's social distancing markers on the floor. I have always had good service here so I will be coming back!
