After waiting for first mail to be delivered over 1 month, I went back and spoke with the post master and was told to use the global express, which botched too. Local mail would have gotten to the destination quicker than 1 month but I wanted the mail to get there earlier and I paid twice for the services offered and was suggested. I later call their 1800 number and was told that those services were not offered in Jamaica. I returned and also wrote to get a refund and was decline.
