By the way Saturdays are walk ins that you can try IF YOU ARE PREPARED. The trump administration has made getting a passport extremely difficult now and there is no clear communication with staff and customers. It is so annoying when you live 2 mins away and have to rush home to get something. They repeated to me 5x "I have another appointment scheduled you might have to come back". I come back have everything filled out and then it's not clear unless it's in SMALL fine print that everyone is supposed to be present so now, after wasting much of my time I can't get back I have to re-schedule yet AGAIN. I swear to god if I show up 1 minute late they hound me that "I'm not prepared". The value of the customer service here has significantly went down since Covid-19.
