The best about this place are clerks Javier and Ray. The worst are the supervisor, manager, and the assigned carrier of my route as of mid 2025 (now updated to 2/2026) whom is rude, unprofessional, frequently disheveled uniform, mishandles mail, delays mail because they are afraid of NON-AGGRESSIVE ducks, but not enough to walk past them (pictures). I lived here 10 years enjoying sitting outside with the wildlife and had an awesome mail carrier, until he left a few years ago. Had random mail carriers never closing the mailbox lid. Finally made a complaint in-person when I retrieved a wet check from my open mailbox. Was told by a clerk that mail carriers are not require to close the lid of mailboxes, so I bought a new $60+ wall-mount mailbox large enough for medium packages and put a notice up to "close the working lid". Sort of solved the problem. A permanent mail carrier was assigned early 2025. Twice he decided to leave my packages on the ground by the driveway, not on the patio table a couple feet away. Made a complaint. Now have mail marked as delivered but wasn't, mail marked "Ducks" and witheld until the next or day after. Apparently they're afraid of non-aggressive timid ducks (not THAT afraid, walks past them). Never spoke to me, especially about this or come to an resolution. Not afraid enough to actively avoid them when they're on my lawn, just when they are on the patio of near the mailbox, or nesting. The other issue was their disheveled attire with pants sagging, even picking up his pants in front of my camera. Was promised that the issue would be resolved by manager "A", who at first was attentive, then as issues continued, was dissmissiver and then no callbacks at all. Complaints to the USPS call center either go unanswered with to a survey, or I get the supervisor "V" who is as helpful using a single chopstick with noodles. Small package was withheld with tracking stating "obstruction or animal interference". A small duckling on the patio is not an obstruction. "V" returned phonecall and stood by the mail carrier that ducks were a valid reason to withhold mail and packages because their health and safety was important, that they couldn't say what they were or were not afraid of. These ducks are NON-AGGRESSIVE, not vicious, not rabid. She dismissed my concern over a stack of mail withheld for days bundled together with a rubber band. My husband confronted her with proof he is weaponing his fear of ducks, and she was rude and dismissive. No one is bothering to investigate the issue, such as look at the layout of my patio with there being multiple ways to deliver mail. 9/2025 - Contacted USPS CAO. Spoke to a Mr. Findy Parker, sent any and all proof that I have many of which not pictured here, and promised to fix the issue, even assuring me that he is not as afraid of ducks as he implies based on my proof, and that mail service would continue unhindered. Suggested it could have been the possibility of slipping on duck poop. I then took up the daily burden of washing off the patio of duck poop, and chasing the ducks off the patio so I can recieve my mail and packages, adding to my daily chores. 2/9/2026 - Due to cold weather, haven't been washing patio and chasing ducks to lawn. New nesting duck, same problems again. Tried to contact Mr. Findy Parker from USPS CAO again, as well as the CCed Tania Jorge and Michelle Wilcox, and no one's contacting me back. Tried inspector General hotline, but keep being rerouted to USPS CAO or USPS. 2/12/2026 - Held delivery. Went to get package directly as I stood in the driveway, but he sped past me. Tracking stated "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request". Husband tried getting package from him on his route, but carrier loudly spouted off that he was told that I was told to move my mailbox to which I refused because [redacted], and that he didn't have to deliver my mail. I never refused because I was never offered or ordered to, and me [redacted] is no reason to threaten to not deliver my mail. This issue still unaddressed. Told supervisor to tell mail carrier to just leave mail on table if they feel afraid of ducks. 2/14/2026 - mail on table yay! 2/17/2026 - mail by on floor by driveway again WTF? 2/18/2026 - Filled out Hold Mail form. Supervisor would have to clear with her manager due to length of hold time. 2/19/2026 - Called USPS CAO and requested contact back from disctrict [manager] Michelle T. Wilcox. 2/20/2026 - Husband spoke to local supervisor again. Resolution: Mail carrier has no verbal contact with us (redundant, he never reciprocated pleasentries), we keep holding our mail (burden shifted to us) 2/26/2026 - Called USPS CAO again and requested a call back. Barely answering phones, not caring about customer's mental health or how this impacting our lives. I no longer sit out on the patio anymore so as not to attract the ducks I used to enjoy watching. Husband has to do Hold Mail and hopefully get it every Friday as I don't drive. read more

location is understaffed and inconsiderate. Came to return a package with a QR code and didn't realize I had to tape the polymailer, thought they'd tape it for me but instead they turned me away saying I had to buy a box! I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told this instead of being offered a little strip of packing tape for the polymailer I brought. In my opinion, that is ridiculous, you're the post office, you have tape, and you're making me buy a box. The line is already long... that aside there was a lot of tension and other customers weren't getting the help they needed either. A lot of nonsense at this location. I don't get it. Left my parcel in wrong mailbox and deporte multiple attempts to contact them they still have not done anything to fix this and get my parcel. Instead hsve received their usual apology which means nothing and this is why this office is a classic example of why the usps system is garbage. read more

Located in Pembroke Pines on University, this post office is a bit dated and can sometimes have long lines but the staff is always friendly and they have some automated services in the main lobby. Also the lobby is open 24/7 for P.O. Boxes and Mail Drop. read more

This location has friendly employees and they work efficiently. They keep the line moving. It is almost always less expensive to ship with the post office instead of FedEx and UPS. I like how they have a nice variety of stamps to choose from besides the American flag. They were out of postcards which was one of the reasons I came here. Overall, I recommend this location because they have almost everything you need in one place. You can also pick up your mail from a vacation hold in person. read more

Love this post office because how fast and efficient they are. It's service with a smile and all my packages get to where they need to go . I also love the stamp collection they have ,my favorite are the flowers and hearts but they have many more themes to choose from. Remember if you are sending books you can get a discount since they are so heavy but you must let them know to get the discount. The entrance is small going in and you have to do a loop to do and go around ,parking is in the front and is a snap. read more

Although I didn't have to do much the experience was very pleasant. It was close to closing and I needed help with mailing a package. They helped me, didn't make it difficult. I must say this location is one of the friendliest locations that I have been to. I have an online store and make frequent stops to the post office. I have been to several around the area depending on what I am doing at the time and whichever location is closer. This was my first time stopping in to this location. As I entered through the door, I was taken back by the clerk who came up to me while I was walking in and greeted me with the most upbeat attitude. she escorted me to her area and took my package and gave me a receipt. It was that quick and easy. The only thing I would mention is the parking is a little wacky. As you enter in, there is only one direction that you can go. It leads you tO the back of the pOSt office and you have to make a Uturn and come back to the front to park. Other than that, fantastic customer service with a smooth and efficient process. read more

This is one post office that I don't mind going to because the customer service is usually very good with helpful postal clerks. I've mailed and shipped many things from here and I've never had any problems. The only bad part is the parking lot is small and rather limited and if you can't find any spaces up front, you actually have to leave the whole parking lot,turn around and come back in to park in the back. read more

Besides the fact that they never answer the phone which other users have mentioned here, their business practices are horrible. Our doorbell rang as it was one of their agents with a delivery. We got immediate notification on our phone and ran downstairs and they were gone with a slip on our door. I called the number to request redelivery and set it up - -had to wait three days because it was a friday. Left the slip on the door and no one ever came to take the slip/redeliver. Can't get a human on the phone. The original delivery man should have waited two minutes for someone to get to the door. This is ridiculous! And for the prices they charge which are astronomical! read more

The carrier marked my home as "vacant" after I went on a week long trip and stopped delivering mail. I've gone to this location now 4 times over the last month in an effort to try to get this rectified with no results. They tell me mail service will resume in a couple of days and then I get a new vacant notice! This is hard to believe but I have not received mail now for over a month and the level of incompetence at trying to help me fix this problem is just mind blowing. Each postal worker I spoke with showed a general lack of concern for the fact that I have not received my mail. They have no problem dropping off a new vacant notice once a week, but they will not deliver my mail. I've lived in this house for 10 years, there is a car in the driveway, well groomed landscaping and the home clearly is not vacant. read more

So I'll keep my review based on this location not on my opinion on who USPS is slowly becoming less reliable. I come to this post office to shop items I sell on Amazon for less than fedex and this location is never busy. I'm able to walk in at anytime and be seen fairly quickly. I always see the same three employees their and they're very helpful and assist you with any questions you might have. They always offer extra services as well, which from a company perspective Kudos to them. They always have everything neatly organized and all their shipping items are available with a great selection. They do have limited parking in the front of the building so make sure when you enter you spot a space because if not you'll find yourself having to drive out and making two u turns on a busy street. read more

I don't normally use this location. I happen to drive by and deposit some bills based on the convenience of the location that day. 4 pieces of mail were deposited in the drive thru mailbox behind the bldg. Now I have 4 pcs of mail lost which also included a Netflix DVD. I now have late charges on credit cards, a truck payment and possibly reflected on my credit! How do you lose 4 pcs of mail?! Since I have no insurance, getting reimbursed for the charges incurred will be close to impossible. It's my word against theirs. I will not go here again. read more

I never leave bad reviews to any establishment, but If I could leave zero stars I would in a heart beat! Do NOT come to this establishment. I've been coming here for years until recently. Had an issue where I used the package drop off since I had a prepaid label, employees put in my "from" address as the destination address instead of the "to" address" listed on the package. I get it. Stuff happens. Visited the PO to see how it could be fixed and the man at the counter said I would just have to wait for it to get delivered back to me. Mind you. It's 2 days before Christmas. Ok so I wait and tracking hasn't moved. Called USPS to file a claim. Filed. The next day (Christmas Eve) this post office called me (which I am SHOCKED that the usps customer service gave them my contact information without my consent) and 2 ladies started SCREAMING at me over the phone a saying "how DARE you file a claim against our post office for something the was YOUR fault!" (I believe one was named Rae or something with an R) my aunt next to me was in shock! I didn't even have a chance to speak over the nasty comments, accusations and yelling. They were trying to say that I put the wrong address on the package (which I always keep pictures of and showed the man at the post office) and tell me why would I put my address on the package as the ship to address when I paying $14.35 for priority mail days before Christmas? The ladies continued to yell at me for filing a claim again their post office for about 10 minutes and then decided to now say that it was the conveyer belt that they put the packages on that read the wrong address on the package. Yet no one caught it? Regardless, I understood that this was just an error that they could have easily addressed and apologized for. Instead, I was threatened, treated like trash, and verbally abused by 3 individuals (including the man that I thought was kind at the PO!) I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars shipping from this post office because it is right next to my home. I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should you. read more

I had the worst experience yesterday at this location. I was sending out some wedding invitations and wanted some "nice " stamps nothing out of the ordinary. First of all the guy was joking the whole time about me wanting to send my invitations through the mail (don't see what's so funny) and then he didn't understand me the multiple times I just needed stamps that maybe resembled something with love, flowers etc. When he finally finds some stamps he decides to tape the whole back of my invitation with regular tape after I had closed them down with a wedding sticker. I told him to please stop and he did it with all of them. He also had some sort of black ink on his hands while doing this and got black fingerprints on the wedding invitations. Disgusting attitude and to not even have the decency to clean his hands knowing they are wedding invitations. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Too bad it's just the closest to my house. I rather drive 30 mins next time if I have to. Get your attitude right, don't work in customer service if this type of job annoys you please!!!!! read more
