I must admit I live very close by and had no idea it existed. Hidden in a run down shopping center behind a tire shop. Upon entering the business is very sparse but clean. The lady working was helpful and happy. She even asked if we had a picture of our shipping label for it had my tracking info. She also stated FedEx driver arrives late in the day so our package would be on its way shortly. Sure enough, I received an email saying it was indeed on its way. This was an easy, pleasant experience, and I will definitely be using them again for my FedEx or DHL needs.

The cashier actually talked me out of it and recommended I go to Staples or Walmart/Target. I thought Staples was too expensive, and since it was further, I stopped here. However, the box I was looking at here was $9. It was only $5 and some change at Staples so I did end up making a further drive for it. I appreciate that she didn't want to sell it to me since I wasn't shipping there. She had also explained that their boxes are super heavy duty for shipping, but since I just needed something for storage and/or donations, I could use a different one. Since this location isn't too far from where I live, it's my go-to location when boss man wants me to drop off a package for him. I've never had any issues dropping off boxes.
