I had an Amazon return, one of the options was to bring it to a UPS store and this is the location I selected. I came by one afternoon and they were not busy. There were two associates able to assist me, I just handed them the item and then let them scan my phone. They asked if I wanted a receipt, but I declined. I NEVER write reviews, but today I felt like I had to. My experience at this UPS Store was awful. The blonde lady who helped me was rude and impatient from the start -- no greeting, no kindness, nothing. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she responded in such a rude and unprofessional way. I just noticed someone else posted a review about the same bad experience only minutes ago -- clearly this isn't a one-time thing. Management really needs to take action and retrain their staff on basic manners. 0/10 customer service. read more

This is my go to UPS store for Amazon returns. They are always fast and friendly. One time I had a notary service done, and the process was quick and easy, however they only offer that service during certain hours on certain days so make sure to call prior. read more

For some unknown reason, I expect quality customer service when spending a lot of money OR upon initiating a long term contract or agreement. I came in around noon to get a mail box at this location. I came here because I am a repeat customer and I like that the address does not have a 'Building number.' I was spending around $100 to get a box for 3 months. Now I know that $100 is nothing these days. However, that is MORE than a 1/2 days worth of work for me, so it's significant. They require 2 forms of identification for address verification. With everything being digital, I would need to send them my documents to print ($3) and pay the printing fee as well ($.35 per page). They insisted on needing hard copies of my lease and utility bills. I ask the gentleman if my printed checks will work because I actually still have a checkbook with the address on them, not starter checks, the actual checks that were sent via mail. They wouldn't use those. I asked for a manager and was told he's gone for the day and no one was managing the location in his absence, which I found odd. I emailed the lease and waited for someone, ANYONE to help me. There were at least four employees there, sorting mail and helping every other customer except me. I went to the counter and asked if they wanted my AAA number for my discount. They declined and just stared at me as though I didn't need additional help. I asked them, can someone please help me and they said no because there was a large print job and I had to wait. Wait for how long? I'm not sure. At this point, I asked for the manager's name and left. Call me crazy but I want to feel like a valued customer and as though my business matters. Particularly when I am beginning a long term relationship with a business and would interact with them potentially up to six days a week if I am getting packages or need assistance. Also, I just knew that they were going to have issues with my maiden name and 1st married name being on the box because EVERYTHING was a problem. I'm extremely disappointed because I wanted a mailbox there and I enjoy the shopping plaza and I do a lot of business in the area. I'm going to call the manager tomorrow and I will update my review to see if there's any chance of salvaging this business relationship. read more

I went into the store to drop off my package to be sent via UPS. One of the employees assisted me immediately and offered to place my package in a better box. I needed to have a copy made and he graciously did that for me. Typically don't do any reviews, but this has to be brought up. This has been my go to ups store for returns for years now, and after today, this will be my last time there. After their clear staffing change, the customer service SUCKS. Both the new man and woman in change today were dismissive and could not care I was there. Did not greet me and when I went up to the desk, both of them had their big backs turned to me. When the woman finally ringed me up, she was so dismissive and clearly bothered and unhappy. Which if I looked like that, I would be too, but that's not the issue here. Please do better, and if you don't like your miserable job, probably get a new one. Customers should not get the bad end of your incompetent life choices. :) read more

First off before I say anything I'm terribly sorry for the not getting the employees names that helped me this day. But hopefully they know who they are based on this review! I came in on 10/9/25 in the middle of the afternoon trying to overnight some hair products to my mother in North Dakota. I paid the very "high" fee as my mom was going to reimburse me, went home. Then had to come back maybe 20 minutes later because my mom didn't want to pay that much. The two gentlemen that helped me were so helpful, I was having such a rough day by that point. Wow!!! More 1 and 2 star reviews than 5 stars!! Can't see why that is! Or maybe I can! Read on! I live in a condo and I didn't want my laptop sitting at my front door while I was trucking. I called the UPS store and asked about package receipt. They said yes they can do it for $10 and to put my name, phone number and Customer Pickup on the label. I get an email that the package was refused. I called, spoke to 2 different people, got 2 different answers. The first guy said it was because I didn't have a mailbox there that they only offer that service if I have a mailbox. I called back and spoke with the manager who provided an entirely different response. She said that they only do that for UPS. This would've been nice to know before the package shipped. Asked if the Manager (of all people) could make an exception and was told no because she can't break policy. Corporate locations I can understand, but this location is independently owned and operated - not part of UPS itself apparently. I strongly encourage them to clean house and rid themselves of these people. It's time. She refused to make an exception. Asa result my package was returned to the sender, and I had to do a "shipment exception" to have it delivered to a local Walgreens. The problem now is it somehow got lost and FedEx doesn't know where it is. Maybe this location could've made a one time exception given all the shipping I do from this location. I will not be using this location ever again. If FedEx cannot find my package in a reasonable amount of time, they will be buying me a new one, even if I have to take them to small claims court. The laptop was $1249. Let me tell you about the staff here. Ignorant at best, even when you have to ship Amazon or any other package. Slow and unhelpful. Typical of GenZ. Hire better people and get on the same page so you don't piss off customers. It seems that they make up "policies" as they go along. read more

This store misinformed me that I could email the correct label for a package that I placed the wrong label on. Once I sent it, I got a lot of different answers and rude replies from employees including Ben who said the package was not found and it was in fact lost after I just spoke with a younger kid who said it was in his sight. I truly think someone took my package home and made it their own. They gave me lots of BS answers like "it was abandoned" when it wasn't, it just had the wrong label on it. This location sucks because my package was misplaced and now I'm out of my product and money. Had they told me I needed to come into the store to claim it ASAP I would have done that. (I live 30 mins away now) Apparently the store manager is never in to speak with and nobody seems to know where packages get sent when they are mislabeled. I would recommend using ANY other shipping/ mailing service because I'm the one who lost out when this billion dollar company could have made it right for so little of their time and money. read more

Notary here, Alicia, was terrible. Brought in everything I needed to request notary and prove who I was. Had AZ driver's license, SS card, business EIN, copy of car's registration... She took 15 minutes before she decided she wouldn't sign because she didn't feel "comfortable." The way she acted and blood shot eyes, I can only assume something else was at play here. Luckily, Chase bank was able to sign right away and didn't even charge. read more

Called to get notary and Dave answered the phone. Never had someone so rude on the phone and in person. When I showed up to store his dress attire was that of a sketer at a skate park not an employee and idk if it was his girlfriend who also works there but the both of them did not have customer satisfaction as they blew off customers in front of them. Laughing and playing around among themselves. Would not recommend them or this place to anyone.if this is franchise I would consider cleaning house. I made an appointment online for a notary at this location. Appointment time was 1:00 PM. My day was planned around this. When I arrived, I was told the notary was not there - no apology, no concern. I asked why they didn't let me know ahead of time and their response was that they don't have access to the appointments. How would they know an appointment was scheduled without some type of notification. The two men working in the store displayed a "we could care less" attitude. Poor Service. Poor attitudes. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Two employees standing around doing nothing and we were told when asked why they didn't answer their phone "we must have been busy." LOL. Whatever, lazy employees. You are literally doing NOTHING and there are two of you here who just ignored my call twice on the way here! The young lady with the long black braid employee # 184862 was very unprofessional, I was perplexed at how she had called me a b**ch and then typed it in as my last name on the screen. I politely asked her to change it and she rolled her eyes at me. It was hard to keep my composure, but I did, and I kept it professional, as soon as I request for the manager, her manager had asked me"what's up?" and I calmly informed her what I had just experienced. The manager asked the young to apologize to me and the young lady with the long braid looked me up and down, and said "sorry, I said it, are you happy?" I was questioning if the manager was even the manager, because the young lady was so comfortable to continue her behavior towards me. As I was walking out, I was astonished at how she continued to treat other costumers, I can say it was definitely not a personal thing towards me, but this UPS needs major improvements on customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service. The employees are rude and will tell you to your face that they don't care. I wanted to complain that three packages I had dropped off there had been marked as delivered even though they didn't show up until several days later. The young woman behind the counter rolled her eyes and interrupted me. She said that they didn't have anything to do with the delivery drivers. Then, she walked away. I asked another young woman if there was a manager or an owner I could speak with. She refused to help me or give me contact information. From the descriptions in the other bad reviews, it seems like we have all been dealing with the same people. I will never set foot in that store again. read more

The current staff in this store is disgruntled and mad at the world. They really have no customer service attributes and they don't care about their customers. I get my mail in the boxes here and they are angry and they act like the customer is always wrong. I'm in their every week several times and it has gone down hill since I purchased my post office box. I went to the UPS store and this young skinny curly hair girl was behind the counter, I asked her that I needed an email printed off and put on my package so I could return it and I needed to purchase a Box. This skinny curly hair girl was soooooooo FREAKING RUDE to me & so DISRESPECTFUL that I thought I was standing in the twilight zone or something!???! Someone NEEDS to REGISTER her into an advanced customer service course or they need to send her off her HOSTILE ANGRILY way; she was soooooooo RUDE, she yelled at me, she was soooooooo DISRESPECTFUL I could NOT BELIEVE that she was doing that in front of my face in front of customers and in front of her other coworker. So there's was another customer that needed her assistant, THANKS God she went to go help him (I think he stepped in on purpose hearing her being soooooooo rude to me though, THANKS GUY). The other nice young female came from the back she had helped me before with the same email that I needed to get printed, she SUCCESSFULLY got that email to print, to SCAN and CHARGED me the RIGHT PRICE for the Box that I also needed!?!?.! THE young curly hair girl TRIED to charge me more than 3 times for the same Box, I believe she was trying to charge me $13.25 when I actually paid around 3 or $4 for the Box. Then, when my nice representative was resightin what she was gonna charge me for the scan and "the box", that skinny curly hair girl ALMOST had a HEART ATTACK and my nice representative had held her hand up towards the "RUDE ONE" and said, " I GOT IT, YOU'RE OK!?!?!" 2TIMES....... I did NOT get their name, unfortunately..... But, I do want to thank my NICE, CALM, COOL and collected representative for the respect, kindness, understanding, and her expertise of her job!?!?!? My mother and I had to drop off a package today at the UPS store but having a busy day today we decided to do it at the end of the day because we thought it would be something quick and easy. We arrived at the location around 4:17pm hoping to be in and out with in 3-5 minutes but we were hit with a sign saying the employees will be back from a lunch break at 4:40pm because it was a "very busy day" and the location closes at 5:00pm. There were two employees inside the location and both of them were at lunch, my mother and I were very mad to see bad customer service of store as there were a handful of people also waiting outside in their cars because the two employees decided to go on lunch at the same time twenty minutes before the location closing time. read more

I wish there was an option for negative stars, and I'm confident many of the others reviewing this particular UPS store felt the same. The theme is the same HORRIBLE customer service. Two months ago I went in with several Amazon returns- the first time I'd ever returned pkgs this way. The girl ( Brianna? ) at the counter, was visibly annoyed by my returns as I entered the store. I could deal with the lack of greeting, but once she refused to answer my questions, and said only "You Need A Box," in response se to everything I said, (which was btw incorrect ) 5-6 times, then literally walked away and told a co-worker, " you help her" then stood in front of another customer, would didn't realize she was going to help, because she simply stood there, not saying a word. - No, Hi, can I help you? How can I help? I held back on tearing into her, and decided to take the high road. I asked for the manager . The manager explained she was the NEW manager, and literally begged me not to post " Anothet Bad Yelp Review" because they had the worse reviews of all the stores. she seemed nervous and intimidated by Brianna )?) who was giving me nasty looks from across the store behind the manager as we spoke. The manager promised, with hands in prayer, to talk to her. I said something to Brianna directly on my way out, and didn't post a review, wanting to give the new manager a chance. Just working with Brianna (?) was hard enough; I'd give her a chance. I returned today to Brianna once again at the counter, knowing immediately that Nothing had changed- the lack of greeting. and one word" Code" interactions as she rushed me along. I held my tongue because my daughter was with me, UNTIL another customer lost it with her, being treated the same. The same manager came out, who is now much like Brianna. When I mentioned our last interaction, and reminded her that she was supposed to talk to Brianna, her response was " I did what I could." The manager is a lost cause also, not as rude but not a manager. I suggested to Brianna that with all the available jobs , she might want to consider a new job, as she is beyond rude and clearly hates working there , and at some point I'm sure someone is going to reach across the counter in response to her shitty attitude. She didn't even blink. I have no idea how someone could have such complete disregard for their job, and other people and still be employed . She should be fired , and with the number of bad reviews UPS corp /owner of the store, and Amazon- which I am also going to contact- should really think about these people servicing their customers and defiling their reputations, Heed these reviews, or prepare to keep yourself from slapping this rude little b#&ch. read more

I only use this store for Amazon returns. Unfortunately I have had to keep my receipt a couple times to show that the item was dropped off because it was never returned or made to its final destination. I understand things happen, maybe there were too many packages that day and mine didn't make it on the truck. I haven't used any other service, just like any place, just keep your receipt for enough time to get your credit.
