My sister and I were worried that we wouldn't get our passports in time for our trip and he told us the options that we had. He was very kind and had great suggestions. I almost had a panic attack the manager of the place post office -John came out and literally did nothing he did not stand up for the employee and he didn't say one word to me or help the situation. He literally seem to be taking the side of this awful man spouting abuse and directing it at women. Very disconcerting.
