My package was addressed wrong and has been traveling around the country finally found it in Utah. Speaking to the Postman now and we are researching the status of the package. The system states it was delivered so we shall determine the status soon. Hopefully it is still on the truck and can be retrieved. He has the package in front of him and is getting it rerouted back into the system to get the package to our grandson in Georgia. Great customer service thank you so very much. read more

I really like this post office, solely for the friendly employees who work here. It's close to home, and a convenient location, right in the vicinity of downtown Pleasant Grove. When I do have to come in here to mail or drop off a package, long lines do happen between the hours of 3 to 5 pm. Sometimes when I do come on not-so-busy hours, even if there are only 3 people in line, there is only one employee window that's open so sometimes it can be a bit of a wait. I do tend to use the drive-through drop-off mailbox right in front of it because of the convenience of staying in your car. My only suggestion is to have more employees work at this location to cut down the lines. It's all about showing up on the non-busy time slots in this location that makes your visit a more pleasant one. read more

The employees that work here are very nice and friendly. The lines can be long and move slow at times. Honestly, no matter what time of the day that I come. there is always a line. There tends to only be one or two employees at most working at any given time. I have only had positive experiences with the employees that were here. I like the small town feel of this post office as well. read more

If it were possible to give zero or negative stars I would. The most incompetent people ever. I've had nothing but problems with mail but especially packages. One package had marked as delivered but then they said they couldn't deliver it because passage to house was blocked. I spoke with the post master and he said they would redeliver the next day. No delivery made. I actually saw the courrier and he said he didn't have it but that it would be delivered the next day. Still no delivery. I contacted the post office and they said the package was returned to sender. I even had another package from the same vendor the week before without any problems so I know the package had the correct address. I've discussed the multiple problems we've had with the post office manager without any success. Just had another package that stated delivered but not received. This makes at least 20 different packages that have been lost. Now two years later, We are still having problems. 3 packages lost in the last week. Calling them and notifying them doesn't help at all. They always take your number and tell you they will call you back but never do. I have resorted (if possible) to paying more to have things shipped by UPS or Fed-Ex so I know that I will receive things read more

One of the guys there named MICHAEL is one of the worst customer service reps I have ever had to deal with and should be fired. After trying to get a new mail key for over a week and 4 different visits to the post office it finally got done. Then I had to call in to make sure the mail was being delivered and Michael consistently cut me off and put me on hold. Extremely rude and a terrible person to deal with. He shouldn't even be dealing with customers. read more

If it were possible to give a lower raking I would. Definitely the most incompetent post office I have ever dealt with. Over the last year we have had around 20 packages lost. It's useless to contact the postmaster. The staff at the post office are nice but the postmen that actually delver the mail should fired. Delivery service would likely be better if they hired some elementary aged children. read more

The last 3 packages that have been shipped by USPS I've have nothing but issues with. All three said they were delivered however none of them were. After several phone calls and not a lot of help and 2-3 days later my packages arrived. They were all delivered to homes, just not mine. They sat there and described my house as if they were looking at it on google maps. Not extremely satisfied and wouldn't recommend. If I ever have a choice/say with who my package is shipped from, USPS isn't on the list. I'll go to the store before having them ship another package of mine. read more

This is probably the least competent group of individuals, and they just all seem to work at the same place. We have had multiple experiences where a package wasn't delivered to us for days after the expected delivery date, and then when we try to pick it up at the office, none of the front employees help or even try, not to mention after waiting in possibly the longest line on earth. They are so inefficient, it literally gives me a headache trying to deal with the issues we've had here. Luckily we're moving in a month and then we'll be rid of this place delivering our mail. Also I don't think I've ever seen anyone there answer a phone, and whenever I call, it never gets picked up. Severely understaffed and honestly just a pain in the ass to deal with. read more
