If you want to ever receive your mail, don't expect to receive it here!! From the managerial staff, all the way down to the letter carriers....(mine was great, until he decided to go on multiple vacations and had others "try" and deliver my mail) I've had to pick up my mail at neighbors locations, they've cancelled my mail and had it forwarded to my neighbors new location in another state, they always tell us our "address doesn't exist" and send back packages, they've lost our mail for 2 weeks, somewhere in the post office....,they said a package was sent to Philly Pa. but it wasn't because the package didn't even belong to me!!...they tried putting the blame on Amazon, funny..., I know, these are only "some" of my experiences here!!! ....If you think of doing business here, Quick...Run away!!!! You'll thank me later

Often when the regular mail carrier is on vacation we receive no mail , or the mail is delivered to the same house number on Rising Trail Drive, Middletown, CT when we live on Rising Trail Court, Middletown, CT. On a regular basis our mail is delivered to Rising Trail Drive. Today, at work, my employer brought mail sent to me by them and the mail had a Return to Sender label on it that said I moved and left no forwarding address!!! This incompetence has to stop!! We are paying more for postal services but getting worse services.

Whether it is our regular carrier, Dave, or the very kind and considerate Jamie who delivered packages right to our front door, alerting us to their presence on a very rainy afternoon, or to the professional and friendly folks working the counter at the office on Main Street, everybody has been first-rate. When we are considerate of the work done by others, and that includes the frustrations people often experience while doing their jobs while still delivering good service despite the challenges therein, we receive what we give. Be kind. Be patient. Recognize that the postal service is a great resource comprised of very smart, hardworking people who are giving it all they got. And I both respect and salute this American institution. Thank you.

The post master let me go into the office and use the office computer to access my online banking there. I was surprised. They also helped me find the correct box I needed to fit my item snuggly and offered free air cushions to make sure item did not slide around in the box. Transaction completed with no issues. I think they could pack eggs and have them show up unbroken 3,000 miles later. They partner with Yellow Freight which brings the cost to half of what other shippers charge (who use various mail services). When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. Everything arrived in perfect order and the boxes & inserts that Scott made were amazing. This is a family business, run by Scott and his wife, and they care about what they do. It shows.
