Best part is he did it all with a smile. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. That guy needs a raise. This place is gonna be a frequent stop for me. All the hours I've wasted trying to find boxes, wrapping in brown paper like a former postal worker would do, & a whole lot of tape when all I have to do now is bring it to Parcel & Post Plus. When we bought the house we were told that needed to be rooted out once a year. Used various services throughout the years. Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard. Best point it has been a year. The pumps have never come on. The water level has never risen. Basement has remained dry.

It was a friendly experience, don't get me wrong, but he was not helpful and wanted to initially charge me considerably more for my packages. I asked about why it seemed so expensive... he blamed his quotes on "prices being raised in july"." Little did he know my business receipt from a week and a half ago was from july. Not only that, they lost my side table. And on top of all of that, they refused to move my washer and stared they'd come back the following day to move it. Then they wanted to charge an extra 300$ to move it even though they charged us for it the first day they came. And, they picked up my furniture at 3pm and didn't get to my new location until after 6pm. To go from Woonsocket to Coventry it took them over 3 hours. And the manager offered no resolution, and was extremely unhelpful. I could not regret using this company more. Do not recommend.

Pictures say it all. They also didn't have the pre-work paperwork and they had no tools. When someone finally brought tools to my building, they only gave them a drill without the type of drill bit they needed (they said a star bit was too specialized to disassemble my bed), so they had to disassemble all furniture manually with a screwdriver. took over 6 hours and that was with my friend and I also unloading the truck. They just told me I had the "basic insurance" (that I had to hurriedly sign in the middle of the move) and only offered to give me $100 back with no negotiation. I can't even remember the last time I posted a negative review, but I have never been so appalled with a company. Do not book college hunks.

Because of the recent move they now have a larger parking lot (which was previously a hassle at the last location), double the PO boxes, supplies that customers can purchase, and the staff now have a larger space to work in. Overall this a great improvement for both customers and the employees.
