He had to come back the next day to attempt again. It was placed on another skid and he was able to successfully deliver it safely off the truck. I don't know who put it on the skid, the seller or the shipping company but it wasn't properly assembled. Overall I recommend this company but use your judgement and take a risk. Personally I think they're understaffed and could be difficult to get heavy things off their trucks. Less was super nice, he offered assurance that my item will be delivered safely. Which it was, I just think their drivers are understaffed, underpaid and don't have enough training.

So I moved over and after waiting for several minutes a young lady came up and explained I needed 250 cards made. So long story short...she spins the computer around and says "you can look through these 56 pages of cards and pick one then press the button and you cann customize it!" Did I mention I had to work in about 30 and I just assumed that it would take the same amount of time ordering just like we've ordered for the other shop for the last, at least 18yrs. I was highly mistaken. I went back two days later thinking maybe different employees, not as busy, etc. Another women IS working and she sets the computer up, even showed me how to search for certain styles and walks away. Okay, this is gonna work this time,.....NOPE! I asked the other guy working there and after asking if he could help me, be stated "Id have to charge you to help!" At this point I was ready to pay but alas he walked away as well. I stood there for 20 minutes trying to figure it out and asked again for some help. No acknowledgement! So just wanted to let you know that because of this we will no longer do business with you through any of our businesses.

The lot only has like 12 spots and 9 of them were taken by junk cars. JUNK CARS. I have no idea who's they were but none had plates and only one car had all the tires inflated.cars with no tires. Cars with broken windows. Just a straight up junk yard. It was the wildest thing I've seen. I would like to complain but I don't even know who to complain to. So I feel like this is a start and I don't really care that much being that I don't frequent the post office. I'm not 100 years old as much as my wife tells me everyday. Today I received an order from Amazon. 2 of the 3 pieces were as ordered, but the third was way off…read morebase. And I wanted to return it ASAP. So I looked up my order, printed a label and searched for a shipping terminal. UPS came up right away and wasn't far from my house. So I packed the product, and went there. The hours are now 3 to 6, and I was early. At 3 a young man came out, opened up and 5 of us went in. The young man took my package, sealed it, taped the label, asked if I wanted a receipt, I did, he printed it, I was done. In and out in 5 minutes. Now that's quality service. :)

I was under the imoression that I would be home in time to receive this package, but they attempted delivery at 2:30pm. I had been tracking the package all day and was never given a indication that it would be delivered any earlier than 9 pm. I was told via customer service that they would to same day but the store said I wouldn't be able to do anything but hope they deliver it after 3 the next day or go pick it up after work. I feel that I wasn't helped at all and I'm the one being inconvenienced due to lack of information on UPS end.
