Went in to the post office into mail a package back to are sender at my cost. I waited for tape the box up until it was weighed and USPS would put a mailing label on it. Other carriers like Fed Ex and UPS will typically close the box up and tape it for you. was told by the clerk at the counter that I needed to tape my box shut. It was almost Closing time, and a Friday, wanted to get this package mailed so I asked if they could just tape it shut for me. I was told I needed to buy a roll of tape, they couldn't do it. I started to inquire why, and the man working at the counter next to ours, immediately jumps down my throat for asking them to tape my box up and ask f if they could do me a favor and just throw a piece of tape on there for me. Calling me entitled, throwing F bones at me, telling me to go to UPS then if they do that for me but they will not, it was nothing I had ever seen or understood his reaction. It was beyond u professional and when I called him out about his behavior or they way he was talking to me, he as proud of it. The customer at his counter was in shock- as well. He made sighs and his facial expression was like he was blown away with this man's behavior and words to me, and I was not even in this man's line or at his counter, I was talking with another clerk. The other customer was just as uncomfortable as I was and I met up with him in the parking lot after this scene took place and we both were in shock how this clerk went off on me. Even when I told the man I was going to report him- he proudly gave me his name- Adam- said he as the highest position there before manager and he has great reviews and I should check them out. No shame in his unprofessionalism and rudeness to customer making a simple request and who was about to pay for their package to be mailed with USPS. read more

Still a good location.. BUT DUE TO COVID.. only three people are allowed inside and there are usually lines out the door so be aware. If you want to save yourself a bit of grief go to the bigger one over by the Tops Plaza on Clinton. This location on Winton has drive up mailboxes so.. read more

This is the closest PO to me, so I am here frequently (sometimes more than once a day). Unfortunately, after today, I think I'm going to drive out of my way to go to another USPS Location. The staff here just feel miserable to me; they're cranky, angry, and assume that customers know everything about everything...getting flustered when customers grab the wrong envelope/box for their situation. Post Offices and shipping are confusing. There are lots of moving pieces, it's often crowded, and the hours are hard. The last thing we need is unwelcoming staff. read more

Hey, you're not supposed to like the government these days, right? Can I be the exception to this rule? 'Cuz these guys rock! This used to be MY post office when I was living in the 14610 zip code. I never had any issue with my mail delivery service while I lived in the areas served by this little post office. More importantly, after I moved the carriers in this office did a stellar job routing mail from my old address to my new one... WELL beyond the 1 year that they're supposed to. They even managed to intercept some legal documents for me that had to be notarized & returned within a specific time frame. Pretty neat! read more

This post office is a little tricky to get in and out of - the parking lot is behind the building on a one way street. So you have to go around the block when you leave and if you don't plan ahead you can end up trying to make a left onto Winton where you can't see very well and that might be a nightmare. However - the post office itself is great. The lines can be extreme around lunch time and when work lets out, but the staff is great and the line moves extremely fast and efficiently. They are also always very helpful and very pleasant which isn't always the case at a post office. read more

I make infrequent trips to the post office, but for the last few years, this has been my place to go when it's time to ship and mail. I buy my stamps here, I get priority shipping taken care of, I send friends and family cards and packages. You forgot the card at home? No problem, they have a selection of cards here. You don't have the right sized box -- they got you covered. Padded envelopes, yep. Even packing tape. The staff is always welcoming with a smile and offer helpful suggestions for the best shipping methods and what not. Since I rarely send things, I often have questions and it's great to get honest, simple answers that clearly state my best options. Even when I've walked in and there are lines, they move people through quickly. Here's to the USPS! Love these folks. read more

This must certainly be the only five-star post office I've ever been to. It was our post office for thirteen years (1992-2005) and I wish all post office employees had even *half* as much civility (much less, pleasantness). I went there quite often and most of the workers were there for a long time, so they knew me by name (it's pretty nice when you walk up to the counter and the postal clerk says "Hi, Mrs. L-------; how are you?" - and especially when it's not exactly a small town). Also; the mail *carriers* at that post office were terrific (or at least that was true of the the two we had). During most of the years we lived in our house (nearly eleven), a great guy - Don - was our carrier. Then when we lived in our condo, a very friendly woman delivered the mail to our building. read more

Wow - Stay away from the US Postal Service. Just brought a package over to drop off with a pre-paid Priority mail label. But since I packaged it in a cardboard Priority envelope versus their Priority Tyvec envelope they denied it. So I cut my pre-paid label off and placed my package inside a Tyvec Priority envelope. When I asked for two pieces of scotch tape to reattach the label they said no? They told me I had to buy their packaging tape. Of course I didn't bring my wallet as it was a pre-paid drop off. The clerk literally yelled at me for asking for two pieces of scotch tape? Which they have always given out before to tape flat rate envelope corners. Everytime I go to this post office, the one lady is very rude and not nice. The other lady, who is a little older at least tries to help without attitude. The first of the two mentioned needs to be retrained, she is a disgrace to the USPS. I will not go back to this location. read more

I wish I could give ZERO STARS; today two guys working behind counter, one of them dealing with some guy from record archives . The guy had 4 cases of envelopes each one had to be stamped. The line grew to about 25 people waiting to be served, many just left. Is it any wonder these offices are going to be closing all over the country ? What a bunch of clowns. read more
