Needed to drop a package off. This location has the self service machine where you can scan in your prepaid labels, or print return labels. The lobby is open 24 hours so you are able to access P.O. Boxes and use the self service kiosk. Very clean inside and There's plenty of parking outside. I took away one star due to customers holding up the self service line. They should have all of their information needed prior to utilizing self service or step aside so those who are ready can use it. read more

I kinow they didn't - I can usually hear the idiot mail carriers coming down the block because the have ear buds on and are yaking the entire time they are supposed to be focussed on the mail delivery! read more

They do not even try to deliver my boxes when o order something from Amazon and it gets shipped from USPS. They mark my box undeliverable and say my mailbox is not accessible which is a lie after I live in a building on a business district and nothing os ever blocking my door. I get boxes delivered to mg address faithfully from everyone but USPS. And when they say this I call the office and it has taken up to 2 weeks for them to find my box and I finally receive it. It is ridiculous. This last time it is two days before x mas and I still have not got my box and it does not look like I will be so thanks USPS for being the worst delivery service that exists ! The worst post office in St. Louis! Every week there seems to be an issue. When the regular delivery person is off, my mail goes to other people and the substitute person won't pick up my mail if I don't have mail to be delivered. I was accustomed to great service at my home where I have lived for many, many years. However, the past 3 years have been a tremendous disappointment. Misplaced mail in my mailbox is frequent, I have chased down carriers that have either not taken my mail or have put the incorrect mail in my mailbox. I don't mind walking over to my neighbor's house perhaps once or twice a year, but every two months or weeks is ridiculous. I've even had the same mail constantly left in my mailbox that belonged in a different state. I finally had to take the mail to the post office. I let them know that I did not intend to see the same mail from out of state ever again. If it were, I would need to become a problem for them. read more

USPS I really liked the kiosk machine at first, but now I feel betrayed by it. You see, the past 3 times I have gone to use the machine I go through all the steps and when it is time to receive my postage....nothing prints out! They take my money, but the postage does not print. I was there recently with another customer and he was saying that is postage didn't print either! Please work on maintaining your machine! I don't know of any other USPS in the area with a kiosk and I hate waiting in line! What ever am I going to do?!?! read more

The post office has had my package for over 10 days. The item arrived in St. Louis on Decemer 29 by UPS. It was transferred to USPS for some reason and it's been with the post office since. It was at the Worldwide distribution center for over a week and now Mackenzie Point has the package. I wrote several checks on early in February around the 3rd. They were mailed with two completed election ballots, 3 birthday cards with checks enclosed, along with other items. I have recd. notice from Direct TV, Mercy Hospital, Grandchildren that their checks were not recd. Just checked again the bank and the Brd. of Elections and they have nothing recd. I had to call these individual companies and charge the amount to my credit card. The tv co. was going to charge us late fees along with a charge service but waived the fees. My neighbor placed his ballot in the same area and he is not allowed to vote. Can you please search your establishment and see if our mail is laying around. I find this unacceptable and so disappointing. You have caused me great concern about your service, I have to call my companies to see it they have recd. payment. What is going on. I can go for several days without mail. I appreciate the service that you provide customers, but not losing or destroying mail they can cause great harm. I am looking forward to an early response. I scheduled for a pick up and nobody showed up. I called, they keep saying that someone was coming. But no one. Packages sit there for two days. The mail man dropped off daily mail still didn't pick them up even though I seat them near by the mail box!!!! USPS fee is raising and raising. Little miserable man said I had to pay priority prices because I used a priority mail label that they provide even though I removed the part that says priority mail. It's just a "to and from label", nothing else. I have done this no less than 50 times over the past 20 years and have never been publicly chastised or punished over it until now. Then he wanted to charge me .79 cents to buy a marker in order to write the address on the box. USPS sucks and I will now go out of my way to not use them. I hope the government dumps this pig of a "so called" business"(USPS) as they've shown themselves to be incapable of competing with other shipping companies even with after subsidized by taxpayers. UPS and FedEx don't require subsidies. I would cut residential mail down to 1 day a week and get rid of most of these miserable people. read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Would not deliver a package because of animal interference, what a joke. Either dogs are in the house or in a fenced yard with a locked gate. Had to reschedule the package delivery and spent the whole next day waiting. What a surprise no one ever showed up and status still shows package will be delivered. Worst post office ever! Unfortunately they control my incoming mail, but I will drive anywhere to avoid going here again. Pay over $50 to ship FRAGILE Native American Pottery valued at over $2000 and they will make sure it arrives broken. (FRAGILE is code for please break). They will also gladly take your money for extra insurance and never pay if you file a claim. Want your important time sensitive mail & bills to be late, lost or forwarded to another address? No problem, they will take care of that for you. Do you want creepy, smug, or unhelpful service at the counter because you don't know the rules?.. this is the place. What the eff are they so bitter about? I'd be thrilled to have that kind of cushy job. I don't think my mailman is the problem, it's the people in that building...I feel sorry that he has to work with them. read more
