Need to return a package, rather it be via UPS or for Amazon. This is the place to go. There's a gentleman right near the front door that takes Amazon returns. There is even a self service kiosk for those who have prepaid shipping labels for UPS. Getting through the line was smooth, quick and easy. Even during the holiday season. I stopped by this UPS location over the weekend which is not the one I usually frequent. I was happy to be met with no long lines like I am accustomed to and was able to get in and out with my pre-paid package confirmation in just a few minutes. The customer service wasn't as friendly as my normal store, but I get it when you're dealing with a ton of people throughout the day. read more

Just when I thought this place couldn't get any better. I went here for a return around 10:15am and there were two customers being helped so I waited for a bit. Usually they will be done in less than 30 seconds, but I was in no rush so I didn't mind at all. When the gentleman smiled at me to help me next, he immediately apologized and explained why it was taking him longer with that customer. It's like he was reading my mind, but again, it didn't matter because I was in no rush at all! He told me he just found out that that customer found out they had cancer and was chatting with them a bit. Then waved to their friend outside and said he wasn't being a weirdo waving to no one lol. I told him it really wasn't bother, that I love this location and they always take care of me. And even before I could finish that sentence, he had already helped me with my return and I didn't even realize! Hahaha The service is top notch and just rave reviews all around! Bless ya'll! Rude service; called about a package that was supposedly delivered here, and the employee insisted he couldn't look into it and kept giving me repeated info about them "not being Amazon" (never thought they were...) and flat out refused to help. Major attitude and overall negative experience. I will drive farther next time I need to go to a UPS Store to avoid this one. read more

I was treated badly. I came in and was not greeted. I saw a guy Robert look at me when i came in with return items but he didn't greet me or anything, so i proceeded to the counter. I get to the counter only to be told go back to Robert who processes all returns. As i turn around i then hear him greet a white lady that came in. He happily assisted her. I had to wait even though i was first. When it was finally my turn he seem like he didn't want to service me. I was asking questions and he seemed like he didn't want to answer. Racist much. This is the only place to go for shipping packages. I unfortunately had to send back a $100 headphones that were broken. I threw away the receipt from the UPS with the tracking #. Never recd my credit so they wanted tracking #. They went above and beyond to find my tracking number!!! Sooo appreciate great customer service!! read more

Won't take postal packages - unlike every other ups store in the nation. Don't bother with trying to get something notarized, apparently the manager is the only notary and he is most concerned with arriving late or leaving early than providing regularly scheduled services. read more

I've shipped a lot of stuff from this UPS store and I can definitely say they are very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner of the store is particularly nice and has been very accommodating when I've taken in some very large items that have needed to be packaged and shipped. We contacted several UPS Stores in the area and were grateful to happen upon this one. The owner, Kevin Manning, kept the boxes there and shipped them when my daughter had an apartment. With so many other options, go somewhere else. As other reviewers have said, most of the employees are very efficient and nice. There is one employee who is a noticeable exception, however. I cannot fathom why someone with such an apparently inherent foul temper and lack of patience would go in to customer service. I have given her the benefit of the doubt and returned to the store. That was a mistake that I caution you against. She has been consistently rude and unhelpful. She gives snide answers to innocent questions. Interacting with her is like an ironic role reversal- she is like that super snotty, rude customer, but the irony is that you have to become the enduringly patient and solicitous customer service agent to even be able to get a simple question answered. I will not return to this store again. There are just too many other better options to abide by being treated so rudely. I advise the same for you. read more
