I stop in a few times a week and notice that they manage to greet EVERY SINGLE PERSON who enters their store. They are all very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. If you are looking for any type of mail services or need to get a mailbox, this is the ONLY place to go to in Santa Barbara. I have tried a few other UPS locations in town and have left with unanswered questions and unfriendly service by employees who don't seem to want to be at their job. Whatever this great family is doing, it's working and it's spot on! They make promises they cannot keep, and when you get there to accomplish something, you realize they have no idea what they are doing. I needed to ship something packed in dry ice and they made so many mistakes it was scary (dry ice is hazardous when sealed in packages. If I had gone through with what they recommended, it would have been dangerous and these guys had neither the smarts or curiosity about why this may be a problem. When they said they were done, my husband sent me photos of what the end result was. It was horrifying. Items were simply tossed upon other items. Everything was thrown in a Willy nilly fashion. When I contacted the owner, he was curt and unapologetic. I would like a refund but he threatened to block me. We were charged over $500 for 3 hours.
