UPS is on the building the employees wear UPS shirts the invoice says UPS my CC charge says UPS the promotional pens say UPS. I contacted UPS Capital & got my claim no thanks to the store After 10 yrs I will never go back because of rude behavior & being lied to about my claim. Horrible Business

Some of the other moving companies I contacted never returned my voicemail. We got my move scheduled a few weeks before it was to happen. This was very easy with me discussing the details with Pam as well as texting her photos of the rooms and larger items. There were some blips in the delivery of the Pod and I am so grateful that Pam was able to reschedule with such short notice. Our move was a bit more complex. Double D's had to meet us at a location in Camp Hill to pick up a truck full of furniture. This was brought to our Harrisburg home. And then this as well as everything in our house was loaded into a 16 foot pod. Part of the reason I picked double D's was because of their glowing reviews and their ability to load a POD very tight. They exceeded expectations and used every bit of the pod from floor to ceiling. (A 16 foot POD is for a house up to 1400 ft.². This of course doesn't include your basement, attic, and garage.) They did an amazing job! We had a few items that did not fit and we expected this because a 16" pod is not as big as you expect it to be. (No big deal because we will drive them at another date to our new location.) They then drove these items back to the Camp Hill address where we could store them. The price was very fair. I can't say enough good things about this group.

The director, Courtney, has been there for 8 years, and she sets the standards high for her staff so that parent's expectations are exceeded. Each room is well stocked with age appropriate toys and educational supplies. The outside spaces are ideal being divided for younger and older kids. When we first started, it was a huge transition not having him at home all of the time, but they eased so many of my worries and gave me the confidence to drop him off every day knowing he would be handled with so much kindess and caring. We dealt with a few typical issues there (like biting from another child), and now looking back on it, I was so impressed with their professionalism and problem-solving. It feels like such a blip on our U-GRO timeline, because of the rest of the incredible experiences we've had there, too. It's hard to pick and choose our favorite teachers because there have been so many. And the program director, Courtney, honestly blows my mind with how much information she retains on all of the families there. She says hello when you come in the door or leave if shes in her office, does a quick check-in. She knows all of the siblings and grandparents if she's ever met or heard of them. Her attention to detail is astounding and it just continues to highlight the level of consideration she gives to every family she serves. Those values are echoed in every other staff member too. Nothing feels better than hearing each and every person who works at your child's place of care say hello the them by name when you see them. This is actually the case for a good amount of the kids as well (the ones who can talk, haha). It's a bit of a steep cost, but it is truly worth every penny. My son will be leaving with social and emotional skills, strengthened math and reading foundations, solidified potty-training, and so much more.
